45: His Story! But Whose?

Nandini's pov

I am standing in a shopping mall looking after the dresses for my haldi function.

"This is I guess!" I said to Navya

Manik is busy with the meeting that is why he wasn't able to come.

"Oh please Nandini! This is so simple, I can't believe I mean I know you like simplicity but girl this is a special day! For god sake choose something good!"

"Ok mama ok!" I said

After of I don't know how many hours we finally selected one suit. Now I am standing in a changing room looking at myself in the mirror. This dress is really beautiful

I came out to see Navya nowhere, I looked around but she was nowhere.

"Uhmm, excuse me can you please tell me where the girl went who was with me?" I asked the worker

"Mam she left to attend a call she said wait for her!"

"Ok thanks! Can you please do me a favour?"

"Sure mam!"

"Here can you click a photo of me in this dress Like full photo?"

"Sure" she held the phone clicking 2 to 3 photos

"Thankyou" I said and she left.

I send the pictures to Manik and waited for his reaction. And the next second the phone ranged. I picked up

"Looking utterly beautiful, You will wear this  dress only" he said and I smiled

"Ok Boss anything else?"

"No madam just this"

"Is your meeting over?" I asked

"Not yet I am still in a meeting"

"So why you called?"

"Because you are more important" I literally blushed

"Ok ok stop buttering"

"No darling I am not buttering this is not the way to apply butter" he said and I can tell you he has a smirk on his face

"Then what is the way Mr. Husband?"

"Ahem! If you want I can show you at night Mrs. Malhotra" My cheeks were red, darkish red by now

"Concentrate on your Meeting Mr. Malhotra I will call you later" I was going to cut but he stopped

"Acha listen I will try to finish this meeting asap and meet you in the mall ok"

"Ok Boss!" He Chuckled and I cut the call

As soon as I cut Navya entered

"Sorry for being late Actually it was Cabir, he has arranged the wedding location and trust me it is the best one!" She said all excitedly 

"Show me then?"

"Ya sure why not" she said and took out her phone "see" she showed me some dirty place and my face went all ew

"What's this?"

"You really think I will spoil Manik's surprise by showing you?" She asked sarcastically while I made a bad face

"Mean friend!"

"Yeah for sure, leave this just look at you Manik is surely gonna loose himself" she said

"He has ordered me to buy this only"

"What? You already showed him? So bad I thought I will see you first" she said starting her mellow dramas

"Ok now stop acting I am going to change" I said and left back to the changing room

It was when I collided with someone

"I am sorry!" I said

"Its ok" I looked up to see a girl. I was shocked

She left to the other changing room.

"Mukti I am going outside call me when you are done shopping!" I turned around to see Abhi sorry Abhimanyu

I ignored and was going to enter the room but he stopped me.

"Nandini I want to talk to you"

"But I don't want to"

He entered in the room along with me. He pinned me to the wall

"Abhimanyu leave me"

"Listen to me first!"

"I don't want to listen"

"Nandini its about us"

"Hahaha us? Whom you are taking about? We aren't us anymore Abhi its me and you and both of us are married so just leave my way" I said trying to free myself

"Nandini we are being cheated"

"Yes I was cheated and you was the one who cheated on me! Just tell me one thing why? Why you did this Abhi what was my fault that you did this to me? You were already married and still you built a relation with me why?"

"Nandini I know what I did was wrong I lied to you but trust me I never wanted to marry her. It was just for the sake of my father. He wanted me to marry his best friend's daughter so that he can get the shares in his company"

"So you did! Then why you chose to use me?"

"Nandini I never used you I always loved you and I still do. I thought after I will get the property I will divorce her but My father has still not transferred me anything, he got to know about my intentions"

"Ok for A second I am ready to believe the story you just put in front of me. What about your childs? Were they the mistake as well?"

"I wish I could tell you all this before but now I hope you will believe me, Nandini!" he said

"I don't know but I don't trust you"

"Nandini it was Manik" he said

I slapped his face hard

"Don't you dare talk about him like this! I am not gonna listen anything bad about him understood"

"Nandini please listen to me first"

"No means no!"

"Fucking hell I am trying to show you the truth but you don't wanna listen! Look you will regret later Nandini I am telling you, he has betrayed both of us" He said

I pushed him away harshly

"Do the fuck with your betray Mr. Abhimanyu Kapoor I am not interested to listen the shit you want to say" saying so I was leaving

"He love you from your childhood Nandini. His love is selfish, he got to know about us so he threaten me about my family this was the reason I didn't came. I was in India only I was all ready wearing the dress and everything but he stopped me" he said

I left the room to again collide with Mukti

"I am sorry" I said

"I am sorry" I looked up at him

"What?"

"I came in between your love I am sorry!" She said with her eyes wet

The pain in her eyes is telling the truth about her relationship with Abhi.

"Its not your fault" I said and left

I came out to see Manik standing there with a smile on his face

"Missed me!" He asked

Is Abhi right? He had my photos with him with the dates written on it and he still has not tell me the reason about it
