I ran to him and hugged him tightly.
"Slow down Baby" He said circling his arms around me. I hugged him even more tightly
I don't know why but I was in tears. I was scared, scared to be played again. What if what Abhi said about Manik is true? What if all this was Manik's plan to marry me? I wish its not the truth
He broken the hug!
"Hey what happened why are you crying?" He asked being panicked
"Nothing I want to go home" I said
"Nandini tell me what happened? Someone said anything?" He asked but I nodded in no
"No Manik no-" my words left incomplete as Abhi came out along with Mukti
I wiped my tears while he was looking at me miserably but I ignored. They left the place
"He said something to you? Tell me Nandini he did something? I am not gonna leave him"
He was going but I held his hand nodding my head in no.
"Let's go home Manik"
"No Nandini I won't" he went behind him while I too followed him
He held his collar from both sides punching his face hard.
"Manik!" I shouted but he ignored
"What you said to her? You bastard aren't you done doing all this with her?" He shouted on top of his voice punching him again
He fallen on the floor while his nose was bleeding. The security guards came running but stopped as Manik showed them eyes
"Manik enough dude enough aren't you done lying? How much will you lie? I know I have done wrong by hiding the truth from her but you? You planned everything this marriage everything it was all your plan"
"Enough Abhi Enough I will tell her what she should know you don't have to think too much about our personal life. You know what I am not scared of whatever the shit you wanna say"
"Manik let's go please" I said with pleading eyes
He held my face in his both hands.
"You trust me right?" He asked but I was quite
Its not I don't But I know he is hiding so many things from me.
"Yes I do Manik" I said and he smiled
He kissed me. Fuck he kissed me in front of the world! I know he did this to show Abhi but still. He broken the kiss entwining my hands with his.
We were going out but Abhi held my other hand
"Nandini please!"
Is he mad? Isn't he scared of being killed by Manik?
I jerked away my hand from his.
"Abhi please! For god sake if you can't think about your wife then at least think about your kids! Why you want them to suffer? And what is Mukti's fault in this Abhi? Why she is suffering? Just for the sake of the property you ruined lives Abhi. Had I ever asked you something, I was ready to live in a small house with you but you, you ruined everything and you know what I am glad you did this because of you I met Manik. And I am glad to have him in my life as my life partner so please, you can't build misunderstandings in us, whatever he is hiding is our personal matter and we will solve it, you should concentrate on your life. Try to love your wife give her the love she deserves because she has given you 5 fucking years of her life along with 3 kids... Let's go Manik"
We left the place. The journey to the home was quite. None of us spoken a word.
I am still confused about him. Manik wasn't scared when he saw Abhi so I don't think so he is hiding any big things from me but then what it is? What is he hiding? And That photos, the childhood if he already loved me then why was he in a relationship with Alya? All this is very confusing.
I was playing with the spoon as I was lost in these thoughts. He held the spoon from my hand and I looked at him.
He gestures me to stand up and I did while he pulled me on his lap. He made me eat with his hands. Yes hand not spoon, I was eating Fried pakora's with spicy sauce.
"Please don't think too much about him Nandini. I can't tolerate you thinking of a bastard" he said
"I am not thinking about him Manik"
"Then?"
"It's you. I trust you but still I want to know what are you hiding from me?" I didn't understand, instead he add another pakora in my mouth.
"I said I will tell you when I will feel like its the time, please Nandini"
"Manik what are you waiting for? When will the right time come?"
"Baby please let's not talk about it please" I didn't argued as I know there is no use.
"I am not hungry anymore. I am going to my room" I sais but he stopped me
"Your room?"
"Yeah"
"Wifey its our room" he said in a teasing tone but I wasn't interested
"Manik please I am not in a mood my head is already paining and I am tired as well so please" Saying so I got up
He too stood up while picking me up in his arms he took us to our room.
"Manik I said I am not in a mood!"
"But I am"
He made me sat down while himself sat behind me. He lay me down on his chest and starts messaging my head
"You don't have to leave I will eat the pain killer"
"Shh!"
"Man-"
"I said quite!"
I closed my eyes and let him do whatever he wants. He kissed my both cheeks one by one
"If I ever tell you the truth will you leave me?" He suddenly asked to which I looked at him
"Is there anything big? Is it something which will hurt me and my trust on you?" I asked but hr stayed quite
He pulled me close sealing my lips for a kiss. I didn't responded as I need the answer.
"I am not Sure Nandini" he said
"Tell me what it is Manik"
He took a deep breath closing his eyes.
"What Abhi said was true. I love you since I was 10 years old" He said and I stayed quite to let him continue "I... I always loved you and I-"
"Manik beta come down fast!" Miss Asude entered inside
"What happened?"
"Your dad is in hospital, you aren't picking up the call so your mom called on the lane line" I was shocked
