"We have to find this guy before sundown." Kai says, looking at his phone in the passenger seat of my car.

I speed up. "If he still lives at the address you found, then we will no problem."

"Good, because we can't keep bringing her these low-life teenagers who's worst mistakes are cheating on their boyfriends." He puts his phone in the back pocket of his black jeans.

"But it's so fun to scare the shit out of them!" I smile at the memories.

"I know, but if we wanna be free from this creature, we have to give her what she wants."

"Ugh if I have to go into that smelly warehouse for any longer— I think I'll turn my humanity off because of how bad it is."

Kai laughs.

"Like it will just bring tears to my eyes." I laugh with him.

"Left!" Kai commands, right at the turn as I'm going over 60– on a 30.

I slam on the brakes and the the wheel as far as possible, barley making it. Kai, who obviously isn't buckled, flies against the window and then back down against his seat as I straighten out.

"Oh my god!" I laugh so hard I can't even continue driving. "This is why you should—"

"Shut up!" Kai stops me, smiling at himself.

"Okay which house is it?" I say, seeing many expensive mansions lined up down the road.

"The white and gold." Kai says, after checking his phone one last time.

I pull my silver car up to the driveway, where two Lamborghini's are perched. One is black as night, the other a deep red.

We get out of the car and I immediately run up to the red car.

"Look we're matching." I say, leaning against the expensive vehicle.

The two black stripes running across the top of the car match with my black jeans, and the ruby color matches my red tank-top.

Kai smiles. "I think it's a sign."

"Okay so just to be clear, we're driving this back to the warehouse?" I run my hand along the side of the car.

Kai gives a thumbs up, and heads towards the house.

We walk up a few stairs before arriving at a pair of massive, golden double-doors. There is a golden doorbell to go along with it.

"Do you think this is real gold?" I ask.

"We'll considering how much money he got from all the people he killed, probably." He says, ringing the doorbell.

"Wow you are too kind to this murderer, Kai." I say, and lift my foot up, hitting straight into the door.

To my surprise, the doors don't budge. Instead, I fall backwards and almost go down the stairs.

"Yeah I would say real gold." Kai laughs.

I glare at him and get up just as the left door swings open. A very muscular, bald man opens the door and looks at us both with suspicion.

"Now I can get a good kick in." I swing my foot up into the air, and take the man's head off in one hit, landing back on the ground smooth as a cat.

The body falls out the doorway and the head rolls down the stairs, leaving blood as it travels.

"He didn't even do anything bad!" Kai says.

"Um, he is assisting a murderous thief." I reconcile.

Kai steps over the muscular assistant and walks into the house, I follow.
