Entry Six: Florence Pugh

A/n: So there are no spoilers in this, keeping it like that till after everyone has had the chance to watch the movie before any Alice entries will be made. There are mentions of Don't Worry Darling in this but nothing we already haven't heard from the press and the internet. It was the first thing that came to mind when waking up this morning. It was a comfortable Saturday morning, you had been woken up by your girlfriend's doggo to be let out and to be fed. While she ate you sat in your recliner with a book in your lap and a mug of hot tea in your hands. (Thanks to your partner being British, you eventually learned to drink tea two different ways than just the one.) Your hair was pulled up into a messy bun as a few strands fell from the hold. You wore one of your partner's shirts that showed you weren't wearing a bra and then a pair of blue and black plaid pj bottoms. They were fuzzy.

As you became so engrossed in your book, you didn't notice the entrance of your lover. Who was currently ruffling her dog's ears while she entered the cozy apartment. Once Billie was satisfied with her owner's attention she rushed back to finish her food. Florence was somewhat grateful that you were so wrapped up in your reading you didn't hear the commotion which meant she could admire you from afar. Burning the adorable sight that greets her into her brain for a rainy day. It always surprised her just how at ease you made her mind. She dug her phone from her purse and took a few photos of you to post for later before finally making herself known.

"I know you saw the movie."

You jump in your seat, the book falling from your grasp when you turn to face her. Air left your body, both from how stunning she looked and from the fact that she was already so close to you. Her hazel eyes glinted with what could be described as love. Devotion maybe. You'll never get over how breathtakingly beautiful Florence is, especially hot off the jet and coming home in sweats and a hoodie that you soon realized was yours upon further inspection.

"I did." Was your simple answer. Your eyes never left Florence's face. "I saw it three times actually."

"In a span of a day?"

You shake your head. "I saw it on Thursday, when it premiered. And I saw it twice-" you stop just to watch how Florence slowly walked towards you, more like stalked. You clear your throat and reach down to grab your book. "-yesterday. Once in the afternoon and another time that evening."

"You bought tickets three times?"

You look up just in time to see Florence had come to a stop right next to your chair. She took the book from your hands and set it off onto the side table before taking a seat in your lap. Your stomach flips and you are left with wrapping your arms around her waist.

"Mhm. It was well worth the cash and I got to support someone I love dearly even while she wasn't here."

Florence just stares at you, admiring your face as she slowly moves her hands up to cup your cheeks.

"Honest opinion."

You look up to the ceiling and tap your chin as if to think. Staying like this for a few minutes too long, long enough to make Florence antsy and softly pinch your cheeks to get you to answer already. You chuckle.

"Well...I must say, Harry was-" you put your fingers together and kiss them, making an obnoxious 'mwah' sound. "-chefs kiss. He nailed it. And Chris? Oh my. What an actor! He definitely stepped into his Villain arc with this movie."

Florence, not so patiently, waited for you to continue. Her hands are still cupping your cheeks.

"Nick? That man stole my heart with how incredible his acting was. I knew I loved him after Big Mouth. But this?" You fake swoon. Of course you were telling the truth about each actor, everyone was incredible in the movie. Even Olivia.
