Setting:
I'm pretty sure you know what Frowntown is.
However I like to call Frowntown, "Frownesia" instead. That way the place doesn't like a city state.
I do have some more details about Frownesia.
Frownesia has a mostly flat geography with cold mountains to the north and sands to the south and southwest.
Frownesian people consist of four types. Legolans, Animalians, Botanans, and Objectans.
Legolans have more blocky characteristics than Animalians:

Animals have more animal characteristics than Legos. They are less blocky in shape.

Dino Dude would be considered an Animalian if he was Frownesian.
Backstory: The Frownesian people and identity flourished three millennia ago under a powerful dragon named "Zadraig the Great". Over the years, Frownesia was not unified, but many different states scattered across. In 1947, a descendant of Zadraig named "King Zadlir" managed to unify all of Frownesia and the kingdom grew. Master Doom and the Doom Lords staged a bloodless coup in 2004 against the ruling monarchy and ruled the land ever since. Frownesia became a symbol for misery and sadness because of the living conditions and authoritarian government.
Characters:
Frown (AU):
Frown is the main character of the story. He is jerk when in Uninara but less of one when around Frownesia. He can still be bit cocky sometimes. In this AU, Frown is more intelligent and stronger physically than his canon self. He is also less goofy to fit with the AU's feel.

Brock:
Brock is Frown's best friend and roommate. He likes to play games and likes to bake cookies. He isn't a jerk like Frown and doesn't help a lot with Frown in his plots. They're still friends though.
Gwen: Gwen is a wolf, a smart one. She isn't like Dr. Fox though and she tends to make thingamajigs that are hit or miss. She has good relations with Frown and Brock due to them being friends. They were the main trio out of all of Frown's friend group. When Frown became a doom lord, she decided to take her own path. She wasn't able to go to university and worked at a café.
A falcon and shark hybrid. That's what he is. He enjoys the destruction of his enemies and helping his team.

Emily:
Emily is a black spider with a blue stripe running through her center. She is really observant of things. Even she detects one grain of sand on the floor. She has great eyesight and hearing. She hopes to become a government spy for Frownesia.
Winter: A white and gray cat with a heart. She likes being the four. She mostly likes to cook with Brock and read Wattpad stories. She met the four during freshman year and kept good relations.
General Howl: A militarized sentient Lego Frownesian dog that works for the government. Think of Puppycorn but bigger, taller, and a different breed of dog.
