12A - The Capitol

The shadows and the cold rain mixed well together on this night in Frownesia. This was typical life for a citizen.

"Boss! Boss! Boss!"

"What is it?"

I've recently found some information regarding the rebel leader.

"Well what is it?"

"The leader is Master Frown..."

...

"What!?"

"He also said he was apparently the "King".

"If Ramler and his wife died, then...

"Oh..."

"It's him!"

"Son of a bitch!"

"Ready all the troops around the city, we can't let them get through here!"

"Understood, Boss!"

The rumble of war vehicles could be heard from the outskirts of the city. The citizens cheered them on as they chanted "Off to the Capitol we go!" It was practically a race to get there. As they were on a deserted highway into the outskirts, planes flew through the sky. They were enemy plants.

Frown: "Take cover!"

Winter: "Dang, they are really mad at you."

Emily: "I hope they don't get more mad."

Bombs in the distance exploded and got one of their vehicles.

They used their missile weapons to shoot them down.

They took out one though. The rest dodged.

Falconshark: "It looks like they're getting smarter every battle."

That's a problem.

Frown gripped his hands on the wheel in a move to dodge the imminent bombs directed for them. Falconshark used a light machine gun to at least do some damage to the planes above.

Emily: "Oh great, there's more coming!"

I need to get these bozos out of the sky.

It started raining.

The rain affected the pilots' vision.

This is our chance! Now!

Frown stepped on the gas pedal and fired away.

They drove into some abandoned gas station and stayed there.

The planes didn't see them and flew away.

They had lost at least a quarter of their group because of that.

Once they were gone, the quintet went in the direction of the planes.

Everything looked destroyed in their path.

The citizens had their own battle in the Capitol.

Fire spread, police everywhere, even people attacking Doomist supporters. It looked lawless.

The quintet hid in a nearby pharmacy.

Gwen quickly scouted the area around them.

They went out of the pharmacy and approached the area in front of them slowly.

They had twelve divisions that surrounded the Capitol mostly on the east side. Frown and his friends were in the 7th division.

The armies of Doom then found most of the divisions and fought. They haven't found the 7th and 5th divisions. Public water and electricity shut down because of the attack and many shops too.
