TW: Horror Elements (Blood)

Clang!

Lock!

Jingle!

...

Come on, get up!

...

...

Get up!

...

...

Wake up!

...

...

Gasp!

Frown breathed heavily.

"What happened?"

The next thing I saw was the dirty roof of the room I was in. Upon waking, I felt super tired like something sucked the life out of me. The weakness in me didn't feel like I had produced it.

"Those fuckers!"

They injected me with some toxin. I felt like I wanted to die due to my current state. A million headaches flooded my brain and I couldn't stand properly.

"Fuck you, Doom!"

No one heard me.

But where were the others?

The immediate thought made me jolt. To the eyes of the Doom Lords, they were less important than me. They probably were going to execute me soon. But I need to find a way out of this "cell".

There I was, laying down on this mattress they gave me. Well, I'm gonna die. No hope for the Frown dynasty.

Brock probably worried about me. Every day at least. I was stupid to treat him like that before. I did love his cookies.

I had not taken the time to take a look at this cell. The roof, dirty. The floor, dirty. The iron bars, rusty. The walls, tearing away. The mattress, surprisingly clean.

I knew where I was, given the condition of my surroundings. This was where the Doom Lords kept people they didn't like, built underground the main building. I had explored this place, but I was prohibited from entering here. They probably brought in my friends for questioning, then more imprisonment. The place was quiet as if I was the one there. Anyways, I was doomed. I mean hopeless.

What am I saying? Shut up! You'll get out of here some way or another. Maybe?-I dunno...I'm being too ambitious.

What could I do to pass the time? I was only limited to myself and this mattress. Maybe there was something inside? Probably not. Eh, I'll give it a try.

The mattress did not have any holes or tears. Picking it up, it did not feel hollow.

I had never been in confinement before enough to make me start to do stupid things.

Come back to your senses!

How about a fireball? I tried to make one using the powers of my arm. I stopped after due to how weak I felt, any force more than that would make my nerves burst out and I'd collapse on the spot.

Considering my absence, the other rebels must've noticed something, probably ravaging in the streets out there.

Was I really done for? No, some cell won't push me down. Observing outside the cell behind the bars

Psst!

What? DF?

You're correct about your comrades being held elsewhere. I saw Pain and Fear take them to a floor below.
