"You see... we're your brothers."
My eyes widened as I sat there, frozen before I exclaimed, "What the hell are you talking about? I don't have any siblings- I don't even know you!"
I saw Yoongi's eyes narrow at my statement before he stood up and walked over to me. "Jungkook, whether you want to believe us or not, we are your brothers."
I glared at him and stood up, anger swelling in my stomach. "You are not my brothers and I'm going back to my real family. Goodbye, it wasn't nice to meet you."
I pushed past the shorter man and stormed towards the front door. I slammed it open and was about to step out when the door shut... without anyone touching it.
"Wh-what? How did i-it do that?"
A rough hand gently grabbed my shoulder, turning me around and pressing me into the door. "Listen here, little one... you aren't going anywhere. We lost you once and we aren't letting that happen again. You can't go out by yourself, especially after getting attacked last night."
I felt anger boiling in my blood and pushed Yoongi away from me. "You six don't get to say where I can or can't go. I don't have any siblings or parents and my adopted parents are dead. The only family I have left are my friends and I am going back to them."
Yoongi stared into my eyes, frustration hidden behind them. "Jin hyung, the little one is being stubborn."
Jin sighed and stood up from the couch, walking over to Yoongi and patting him on the back. He then walked over to me and slowly tried to take my hand before I quickly moved it away.
A sigh escaped his lips as he let his hand retreat to his side. "Listen, I know that this is confusing for you and I understand why you are so skeptical but you have to trust that we are telling you the truth." He gave me a soft smile before continuing. "And if you don't we can't force you. We don't want to keep you here against your will but it's too dangerous for you to be out there right now. Just give us some time to prove that we're your brothers."
"But they must be out there looking for me, I can't just stay here!" I yelled. Why couldn't they understand and just leave me alone?
The six men looked at each other before Namjoon spoke up. "Fine, you can go if-" Namjoon's five brothers immediately began shouting in disapproval of their brother's decision.
Namjoon cleared his throat loudly in annoyance. "IF one of us stays with you at all times." His five brothers slowly began to nod their heads in agreement while I just rolled my eyes but nodded anyway.
'At least they're letting me go.'
"Hoseok can take the first watch, we'll trade spots at one PM." Jin said, patting his younger brother on the back. Hoseok nodded and walked over to me and wrapped his arm around me. "Oh, and after the camp, you're going to move in here with us but we'll talk about that later."
Before I could protest, Hoseok interrupted me. "Let's get going."
I begrudgingly opened the door and walked out while the older male continued to cling to me. We were walking for probably about twenty minutes when we came close to the path that lead to the cabins.
"Okay listen, you can watch over me or whatever but you don't go to my school and you didn't come with us on this trip so you need to stay out of sight." I could tell that Hoseok was going to put up a fight before I said, "Go!"
Hoseok mumbled something under his breath, which I assumed weren't pleasant words, and fell behind me. After a few moments, he was far enough away from me that people weren't able to see him.
Once I got close to the cabins I could hear people calling out my name.
'Are they looking for me?'
The closer I got the louder and more urgent the calls sounded which made me begin to speed walk. I recognized the Choi brothers' voices amongst dozens of others calling for me.
"Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu!" I shouted, running towards the voices.
I heard multiple pairs of footsteps rushing towards me, screaming my name. "Jungkook hyung!"
I turned the corner around the cabin and saw the Choi brothers shouting my name and running in my direction, looking around for me desperately. When they made eye contact with me they all began crying and ran faster than before.
I opened my arms wide and felt them crash into me, sending me toppling over into the grass. I laughed as they held me close, backing away to inspect me for injuries.
"What happened to you hyung? Where did you get these wounds? Where did you get these bandages? Are you okay?" I quieted the questioning boys by covering their mouths with my hands, Beomgyu got the message and stopped talking.
"Can we talk about this later? I'm really tired right now."
The three boys smiled and helped me stand up, leading me into the cabins and up into our room to rest.

Unknown POV
Present time
-Unknown-
"He's dead? You killed him?"
"Yes, father. His body is decomposing in the woods as we speak." I said, bowing my head in respect.
My father smiled wickedly and stood up from his chair, walking around his desk and stopping in front of me. "Raise your head, boy. Let's go celebrate your success."
I politely shook my head as I raised it but kept my gaze downward, scared to make eye contact. "Thank you for the generous offer, but I have to get back now."
My father nodded his head and patted my back and said the four words I longed to hear my entire life. "I'm proud of you."
I felt a tear escape my right eye as I stared at the floor.
'I'm sorry for being so weak, father.'
