~Massacre of the Jiangs PT.1 (short)~

It was late that night when Wei Wuxian woke up. He groaned in pain as his entire body ached and by the horrible pain he felt. He couldn't get up just yet due to how bad it hurt but he could look around and see that he was in fact no longer in the cave. In fact the surroundings were quite familiar to him, like lotus pier...wait lotus pier!?

Wei Wuxian shot up groaning heavily as he realized he was in fact in Lotus Pier. He thought to himself, "oh my goodness, I'm so dead."

And he was right of course. His parents would scold him when they see him which in fact they were doing right now when they stepped inside his room seeing him awake.

"Baba!" He exclaimed as Xie Lian told him he will come back to the heavenly realm and not be back to the mortal realm anytime soon.

"You can't do this!"

"Yes I can, and I will. That's an order a-xian" Xie Lian said strictly.

"But baba-"

"No buts"

"A-die! Tell-"

"Sorry a-xian but gege is right" Hua Cheng said agreeing with his husband

"You-"

"You had us extremely worried a-Ying" Xie Lian said with an extremely deep worried look

Wei Wuxian looked at his parents and looked down. Disappointed in himself for making his parents look that way.

"I'm sorry" he whispered out "I'm sorry for making you feel that way"

Hualian looked at him as they smiled softly before sighing as they approached him and hugged him gently to not cause any discomfort to him.

"You're our precious son, a-Ying we never want to see you in danger or injured. You mean a lot to us." Xie Lian said softly to him.

"He's right" Hua Cheng said

Wei Wuxian began to tear up and he cried softly as they hugged. Hualian comforting him and trying to make him stop crying. That is what happened last night and the next evening it became a nightmare.

-Another pov-

"They will be destroyed" A sinister voice said with a smirk on his face as he looked out from his boat as they approached a pier.
