Nicola glanced over her shoulder noticing a woman following her through the supermarket; the blonde looked down at Charlotte who cooed at her mother as Nora put some eggs into the trolley.

"Thank you Nora... now let's see, we have bread, milk, eggs, sugar, fruit, cereal, next we need is a chicken," Nicola murmured making the little girl smile as she thought about if she had seen any chickens while she had been looking for the eggs.

Chewing her lip, Nicola tried to ignore the dark haired woman who followed her as she made a game of shopping with Nora and Charlotte; since Fernando had returned to football things had been busy.

Fernando's return to football had been well documented and the last few months had been hectic for the couple as the media started to take more notice of Fernando Torres and his new family.

Nicola sometimes found it hard to believe that it was fast approaching Charlotte's first birthday and she knew that shortly after that it would be her second anniversary.

"Mama... why is that lady following us?" Nora asked nervously after they had gotten the cooked chicken for their dinner; Nicola glanced at the woman who pretended that she was looking at something and sighed wishing that people wouldn't do that.

"Honestly I have no idea... just ignore her sweetheart," Nicola said making Nora nod watching the woman for another moment before asking Nicola what they needed next on their shopping list.

However Nicola didn't get the chance to answer as her mobile rang making her smile as she recognised Fernando's ringtone; she smiled knowing that her husband had been doing so well since he had returned to football.

"Hola," Nicola greeted answering the call making sure that she kept an eye on Nora as she stopped by the pasta and picked some up; she wanted nothing more than to forget they were being followed.

"Hola... I'm just finishing up training, would you like me to start dinner before you get back?" Fernando asked making Nicola smile at the sound of her husband's voice, he had been at training since early that morning and Nicola had been asleep when he had left.

It wasn't easy for the couple to admit to how things were changing for them, a lot had happened in the past few months since Fernando had returned to playing football; it was something that made them a little unsure about the future.

"I'm just shopping now... so you could do the potatoes," Nicola replied brushing some hair from her face, she peeked back behind her at the woman not wanting to worry Fernando about the fact that they were being followed.

Nicola walked down the next aisle in the store, making sure to keep an eye on Nora since she didn't want the little girl wandering off when they were being followed about the store.

It also hadn't escaped Nicola's notice that the woman behind her was still following her, she hated that things had worked out like this but it was part of Fernando's life and something she needed to get used to.

"I will... love you Nicola," Fernando murmured softly making Nicola smile, she could hear his team-mates teasing him in the background; she had a feeling they would be doing so for a while now.

Nicola ended the call and looked at Nora, she would be happy to get home and relax with her family away from the prying eyes of anyone who recognised her as Nicola Torres Matthews; the wife of Fernando Torres.

Nicola pushed her trolley down the aisle, she wanted nothing more than to focus on her family without anyone watching them; she was curious how things had changed so quickly for them.

Nicola sighed starting to load her car with the shopping, the children safely sat in the car while she did so; the blonde stepped back accidently bumping into a young woman with brown hair and familiar eyes.
