Fernando smiled watching his wife sleep soundly, he had taken her away to Italy for their honeymoon and was spending his time orbing around so that they could keep the costs down.

Leaning against the wall, Fernando wondered how he had gotten lucky in the past twenty-eight years of his life; he had everything that he could ever want and it was only going to get better.

Now that he wasn’t legally dead anymore, Fernando was going to do his best to establish contact with his daughter; he had missed Nora so much and hated that she had been cut from his life for the past two months.

Nicola slept soundly, she was completely unaware that Fernando wasn’t in bed beside her instead was watching her sleep; he needed much less sleep that she did.

“When I turn around you better be gone,” Fernando muttered sensing someone appear behind him, it wasn’t another whitelighter and he could only guess that it was an Angel of Destiny.

Fernando didn’t care what the person behind him had to say, he was going to spend his life focusing on Nicola and any children that they had in the future.

Fernando looked back at the Angel of Destiny and frowned as he looked at the woman who was dressed in silver robe, she smiled at him softly as she approached him knowing that there was much that they need to talk about.

“What is it you want?” Fernando asked annoyed, if the Angel of Destiny was visiting then something was wrong, they didn’t usually make house visits for no reason at all and it was never good when they did.

“Congratulations,” the Angel of Destiny said watching Nicola sleep, she had been sent to warn Fernando since their child was going to be important.

Fernando followed her gaze confused wondering what this was about, they had been married nearly a week now and together for five months; he had no idea where they were going with this.

“You’ll both make wonderful parents,” the Angel of Destiny mused with a smile, there had been many who had been waiting for this moment and now it was going to happen.

Gideon frowned moving about his lair, he couldn’t believe that the Elders had allowed Nicola and Fernando to marry; this was something that had never been allowed for a reason.

Gideon knew that it was only a matter of time before they would have a child, a child who was destined to be the most powerful being to ever exist; the child would be the first whitelighter-witch in existence and would come from two powerful beings.

A child with such power would only be drawn to evil and he couldn’t allow that; he frowned as Neena entered the cavern, he had only just managed to get her powers back for her. Neena had been so easy to control, just like the others of her coven; he regretted that he hadn’t managed to get Nicola but he knew that it no longer mattered.

There was one thing that Gideon wanted more than anything and that was a peaceful world, the only way that he could do that was if he was able to control the powerful beings in the world.

“You called?” Neena said smirking approaching him, she was in awe that he had been able to save her from punishment that the others of her coven; she done everything that Gideon had ever asked her to do.

Gideon nodded as he turned to face her, she was important to his plan and he wasn’t going to fail; it would be useless to destroy the child of Nicola and Fernando but it would be for the best if the child was taken from them.

It infuriated Gideon that the council didn’t realise that the child wouldn’t be able to control itself and it’s parents wouldn’t be able to do anything to stop it.

“I have been informed by the council that Nicola and her whitelighter have conceived a child and that a prophecy has arisen,” Gideon muttered annoyed, he was going to have to take matters into his hand; this child was too important to be left with people like Nicola and Fernando.

Neena scoffed, she hated Nicola; the blonde was a lot more gifted with her powers than she had and Neena couldn’t understand why, she was older that Nicola and deserved to be all-powerful.

When three planets burn as one, over a sky of dancing light; Magic will rest on a holy day to welcome a twice blessed child on that day,” Gideon repeated what the Angels of Destiny had told them; it worried him, this prophecy what the child would be capable of if they fell into the wrong hands.

Neena frowned watching Gideon while he paced, this couldn’t be good that the child would have to be dealt with but there was nothing that they could do while Nicola was pregnant without being caught.

“What will we do?” Neena asked making Gideon smirk as he stopped what he was doing a plan forming quickly in his mind;  the use that the child could be to him and how he could wield it to get what he wanted.

“Nine weeks,” the Angel of Destiny confirmed smiling at Fernando, she watched him knowing that he would work out when his wife had fallen pregnant; she could only imagine what he was thinking.

Fernando nodded contently at the thought of his child growing in Nicola, he watched shocked as his wife suddenly started to convulse making him move to help her only to be stopped by the Angel of Destiny.

“She’s having a powerful vision,” the Angel of Destiny explained making Fernando glare at her, he didn’t like this and he wasn’t sure why they were just watching when Nicola could seriously hurt herself and their baby.

“Trouble is coming Fernando… your family will be in danger,” the Angel of Destiny said making Fernando stare at her worried, he thought after everything that things would settle down now.

Suddenly Nicola gasped as she bolted up right coming out of her vision covered in sweat; Fernando quickly pulled her into his arms and held her close to his chest.

Fernando frowned as he realised that the Angel of Destiny was gone, he had more questions for her about that warning; he needed to be able to protect his family.

“I’m pregnant,” Nicola whispered pulling back slightly making Fernando smile, he kissed the blonde as he rested a hand against her stomach; he nodded as Nicola tried to clear her thoughts.

“Nena, what’s going to happen?” Fernando asked afraid for his wife and the baby that she carried, Nicola opened her eyes and looked at him; she looked at him softly, she wasn’t surprised that he asked because of the vision.

“They want the baby Nando… they want our baby,” Nicola whimpered making him shake his head and pull her to him; he would never let anyone take their child from them.

Nicola cuddled into his chest frightened of her vision and the future that would be if they got her and Fernando’s child; they couldn’t let that happened.

“Who?” Fernando questions making Nicola look at him, she shook her head but Fernando cupped her face; he knew that she was frightened and he didn’t blame her at all.

“I can’t see them,” Nicola began to weep panicking, she didn’t like not knowing especially when there was danger coming for her baby.
