Kiyoomi and Atsumu's relationship was way better than before, everyone could tell. They were closer to each other than ever – as close as someone can be to Kiyoomi – but Atsumu seemed content about it, even though he wasn't as physically close to Kiyoomi as he was with his other friends. He could tell that Kiyoomi was making efforts, and he was happy about it.

Even if the raven still didn't let the blonde touch him more than necessary, he felt comfortable enough to accept some shoulder pats and high-fives from time to time; and Atsumu never forced with this.

During their Friday night routines, sometimes their knees would rub against one another unintentionally when one of them wanted to find a more comfortable position on the couch; Kiyoomi froze the first time this happened. At first, he thought that the blonde was doing it to annoy him, turns out he seemed to not even be aware of what he was doing, judging by his face that was extremely focused on the game they were watching on TV.

So, Kiyoomi decided to drop it, he never talked about it to the blonde and just pretended nothing happened since it was obvious that it was nothing for Atsumu. Nevertheless, the raven noticed that it kept happening, but since the blonde didn't seem to do it on purpose, and that he still hadn't noticed doing it, Kiyoomi never said anything and he started to get used to it, ending up not minding the slight touch at all.

With time, the raven even surprised himself by accepting high-fives from all of his teammates, and even group hugs at the end of won games – a "tradition" as Bokuto would call it.

He knew that all of this was thanks to Atsumu and the way he accepted him and respected his barriers. He knew that, because he got comfortable enough around Atsumu, he also got comfortable around his other teammates.

All of this was thanks to his blonde setter. Though he would never admit this out-loud of course, he would rather die than feed the blonde's ego – ego that was already big enough.

Speaking of won games, they just won their first official game since Sakusa and Hinata joined the team. The famous group hug happened at the end of it, and once they finished stretching, Kiyoomi ran to the showers – yes, he ended up accepting physical touch, but he still needed his shower right after.

Once all of them were showered, Bokuto declared that their first won game as a new team was an event they should celebrate all together by going to the bar. Everyone seemed excited and thought that it was a good idea, so they started leaving the locker room to make their way to the bar.

Everyone except Kiyoomi of course, who politely declined the offer. However, a certain setter didn't agree with that and decided that Kiyoomi will, in fact, come with them.

"Oh come on, Omi. Why don't ya wanna go with us? Going to the bar with friends is fun!"

"Do I look like someone who enjoys going to the bar?" he replied, deadpanned.

Five seconds passed without none of them adding anything.

"Nah. Not really honestly. That's why ya need to come! You'll discover how fun it is." Seeing how Kiyoomi didn't reply anything, he turns his head towards him and adds with a smirk, "Ya know what 'fun' means, right Omi?"

"You are very funny, Miya." Kiyoomi said, with the same deadpan expression.

"Yeah I know that, no need ta tell me," he winked. "Ya can't decline tho, ya come with us. It'll be fun. And if ya don't want to play any games, ya can just sit and drink."

He sighed before resigning himself to go. "Oh wow, amazing, can't wait." he added with his usual sarcastic personality.

It was a Saturday evening anyway, he would have the next day to rest at home. He wouldn't admit it but he started enjoying the time he spends with his teammates. And, worst case scenario, if he ends up not liking the place, the mood or the people there, he'll simply leave.
