Anko
Yeah Anko comes off a bit creepy but she's still pretty cool! She still fights for the sake of her village and turned Orochimaru down when he offered her a spot on the dark side when she was little. She also stood up to Kabuto even when she didn't really have a chance. She's not just a chunin examiner, she's a hero.
