Chapter Six, Year Four: Heart to Hearts

With the start of Yule break and their dates Theseus and Newt joining them later on that week, Leta and Lisette had been debating on whether to explain to the boys, at least, what their fear was about. They knew they along with their Court, cousins and Aunt and Uncle, who had heard about the Boggart lesson after a letter from Dumbledore (which Adonis seemed to guess he would as he had written to his friends' aunt and uncle with the correct details of what had happened) - not that their Aunt and Uncle had believed the foolish Transfiguration Professor anyway; but they were scared.

Scared they'd be rejected and treated like their so-called father had or worse. Scared they'd be hated, and scared that the boys and everyone they love will see them like the monsters the twins saw themselves as. But all they could do was pray to Mother Magic and Lord Death for the outcome they wanted; all the while hoping they would be heard.

A few days later, Theseus and Newt had arrived with their parents, wide smiles upon their faces which slowly faded into a concerned frown upon noticing how worried the twins were; they hid it well so they weren't constantly questioned but Theseus and Newt knew Lisette and Leta better than anyone. They bide their time as they had lunch with everyone before they could disappear out onto the snowy grounds bundled in thick winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves; silently thanking Nimah and Manthus for being with their friends until later that evening.
