Chapter Four, Year Two: Slytherin Court
~ Flashback ~
A year had passed since the twins had joined Hogwarts and were sorted into Slytherin. After the pair had put an intense effort into their Duelling training with the Duelling Instructor Mistress Shuri Boseman, learning new and even some obscure spells well above their years, the pair of them come the middle of October in their first year challenged the - then - King of Slytherin, Heir Caesar Warrington, who as a fifth year had laughed at the two first years challenging him. However, due to the rules of the Slytherin Court, any may put forth a duelling challenge to the current King or Queen which MUST be obeyed, especially if it is declared within the Common Room for all to hear.
If the current ruling sovereign refuses to accept the challenge they forfeit the challenge and therefore the right to rule. Knowing this and that he has no choice otherwise he would look weak and would no longer be able to rule, Heir Warrington cockily accepted the challenge from the two First Years. "Which of you am I putting in your place then?" He cockily asks, looking at them uncaringly as he languid in the armchair by the fire. "You have to duel both of us." Leta and Lisette replied simultaneously in their twin speak while their friends and cousins watch on anxiously.
During the twins time in Slytherin, their cousins Radamanthus and Niamh introduced them to their friends Cantankerous Nott, Alexander Potter, and Calamus Malfoy who were Radamanthus' friends; and Cygnus Black II, Anya Greengrass and Ashley Zabini, who were Niamh's friends, while also encouraging them to make friends with those in their year besides Newt Scamander. In the end, the twins had made friends with Adonis Lovegood who was rather eccentric but they loved it (particularly Lisette who was left feeling rather nostalgic whenever Adonis spoke of mythical creatures no one has seen; yet), Vulpecula Black who was Sirius Arcturus Black II's (a fifth year) youngest sister who also left Lisette feeling nostalgic with her bold and bright personality; and twins Prisha Patil and her brother Aryan Patil.
