James, the mayor of Newcume, appointed into that position about a hundred years ago, there is no new elections, it's accepted that he will always be in the position of power. He was just leaving the basement of his old mansion, a building that loomed over the town, reminding them all of their curse. He was walking through the town, a macabre smile etched across his face as he saw some of the reactions to the blood drenching his clothing, and his skin. He barely ever leaves his house anymore, finding meeting people trivial and a kind of torture in itself. Besides if he wants to talk to someone he has several servants for that, people that are new to the town, ones that he doesn't feel a need to torture, people that have no idea what he does or what has happened in this town. In this case ignorance is most definitely bliss.

Allison checked the map sitting on the passenger seat again and sighed. She's been driving for a while now, looking for some small town named Newcume. She been out of a job for a while now so when the chance to become a maid at some mayor's house came along she took it. The pay seemed good and she'd just live at the house so she wouldn't have to pay rent, another plus.

Allison scanned the map quickly and found the road she needed to be on. She smiled when she saw that it was at the next exit, she turned down the road she needed and finally pulled into Newcume a few minutes later. She sighed softly as she drove down Main Street, and looked at the cute little businesses and at the people scurrying around. She had no idea where she was going, but she could guess that the large building that sort of skulked over the town was where she needed to be. So with a deep breath she made the best guess at what roads to take and went towards her new home, and work place, even if it was sort of scary and foreboding.

Allison pulled up into the drive way, not really sure where else she was supposed to park. Luckily the drive way was long and winding and at the end of it was a long line of cars a sign signifying that it was for servants above them. She found an empty spot and parked her car there and got out. She left her stuff in where it was for now and slowly walked up to the house. She was definitely started to feel anxious now, and the ominous house was definitely not making her feel any better. She made it to the door and looked around for a moment before raising her hand to knock, before she could though the door flew open and a man wearing a black suite stood before her. He just stared at her for a moment, his eyes wide with what looked like shock.

"Mr. Harverson?" Allison asked tentatively, though if he had a house full of servants he probably wouldn't answer his own door. Then again maybe he did, she really didn't have any idea. Though as she looked at him she knew it had to be Mr. Harverson, his chiseled features screamed importance, even if his slightly long brown hair was shaggy. She looked over him a bit feeling her dark skin heat up as she blushed. He was most definitely a beautiful man, the suite he was wearing was taut, his muscles straining ever so slightly against the fabric.

The shook his head and nodded slightly, "Yes, come on in Miss. Kinlee" he said and smiled. "And please call me James" he stepped aside so she could step around him. He was wearing a new suite, one freshly bought from in town this morning. His hands were clean and there was no sign what so ever that he has maimed and killed a young women this morning.

Allison nodded slightly and stepped inside and gasped at the beautiful interior of the house. It was a bit old fashioned but it was by far the most beautiful she has ever seen. She was afraid to even touch anything, scared that she might ruin or break something. She smiled and looked back at James, "Your home is beautiful" she said.
