The wet feeling and coldness of a liquid running from my breast down my dress is what brings me back to reality.
I look down to see my dress wet and I could have swore I caught this woman standing in front of me smirking.

"I'm so sorry,I wasn't looking where I was going" the stranger said.

"No it's okay really,I wasn't paying attention either" I said.
Sofia would have been disappointed with me right now.

" I'd love to you pay back for the dress, I'm sure it isn't that expensive."she mumbled the past part.

"No I meant it when I said it's really okay"I said ready to turn around.

"Okay I'm Kim by the way" she said holding her hand out for me to shake.

"Hi Kim,I'm Layla if you'll excuse me I have to go clean this" I said after shaking her hand and walk away from her.
I couldn't understand why but I felt a weird vibe from Kim.

"Girl,what happened to your dress?"Sofia said as soon as she saw me walk towards her.

"Someone just accidentally spilled their drink on me,Look I think I'm gonna head home anyways it's getting late"I said to her.

"Okay I'll get Ryan and we'll go home"she said.

"No!! Sof I don't want to spoil you and Ryan's night,I'll call a cab" I said to her.

"Babe I'm not letting you go home alone" she said.

"Sof,I promise I'll be good and I'll call you when I get home so you know I'm good". I said to her smiling.

"I'll get Ryan and we'll drop you home" She said.

"No sof, I'll call a cab"I said holding her hands.

"Are you sure babe?"she asked.

"Yes I am"I said, Sofia has always been like my older sister.

"Okay I'll wait with you until the cab gets here" she said.

"Okay okay" I chuckled.

15 minutes later, I walk into my apartment.

"Bye girlfriend ,y'all have a great time, I love you"I say to Sofia.

"Love you too babe"Sofia says through the call.

After the phone Call I walk into the bathroom to get rid of the makeup I had on and remove the dress I wore to take a shower.
After finishing the shower and brushing my teeth and doing my nighttime routine, I put my hair in a low bun and go to my walk in closet to get my pjs. 

Getting into bed with my bowl of ice cream, I turn on my tv ready to continue binge watching the show I started watching earlier 'twenty one twenty five'.

Who would have thought 'The Layla Miller' would spent her Friday night,wrapped up in bed,wearing pjs while eating ice cream and watching Netflix.
And here's why,Layla before the incident was so full of life,always smiling and trying to being smiles on The faces of the people around her but how she changed into the person she is now leaves many people wondering.

My phone vibrates indicating that I got a message.
Pausing the show and getting my phone form the night stand i see a message from Sofia and two new ones from an unknown number.

Deciding to open the one from my best friend first.

Why did y'all Leave so early,
is everything okay?

Wasn't feeling too well,
But you know Ryan, he said we should head back and I should get some rest.

Sof,you should get some rest and if you don't feel better by morning I'll go with you to the hospital.

Okay babe,look Ry's coming back soon with some soup,he said to rest so I'll call you when I wake up. <3

I put my phone back on the night stand  and continue watching the show.
I pull the comforter up to my chest and stayed liked that until I felt my eyes closing.

Sofia pov

After the cab came and Layla got in,I made sure to get the number of the car and a picture too making sure the driver's face shows, I don't play with my best friend and only few of these drivers are actually working honestly.

Walking back into the mansion where the party was being held, I felt bad that I brought out Layla here, I know how she gets uncomfortable in crowded places but I want her to get back to her bubbly self and yes I know that change takes time but I just want the best for my girl.

Seeing Ryan walk towards me with a smile, I couldn't help but smile back.

"Hey beautiful, Did Layla's cab get here?"he said pecking my lips.

"Yes babe" I said.

"Hm,is she gonna be alright?"he said.

"I hope so babe, I'm gonna call her soon  to make sure she's alright"I said.

"Love you too babe" I say and end the call.

Turning back to Ryan, I suddenly feel lightheaded and hold onto the first thing I could reach for which was Ryan's arm.
He notices and holds onto me.

"Babe what's wrong?" He asked worried

"I don't know,just felt dizzy" I said holding onto him.

"okay,let's go back home and I'll call Joe to come over to the house"he said.

"No babe,it's okay I'm just tired"I said looking into his eyes.

Doctor Johnson also know as joe was Ryan's best friend and his been around since ever and his always tryna get me to fix a date between him and Layla.

"Honey, we need to get a doctor to check up on you, you've been complaining about dizziness for the past few days and-"
I decide to cut him off knowing exactly what his about to say.

"Babe it's not that serious honestly but I'll go to the hospital tomorrow"
I say bringing my hands up to cup his face.

"Every time you say the same thing, I'm gonna come with you if you don't want Joe to come check you at home".Ryan says holding onto my waist and bringing me closer.

"Yes babe,but i'll really go this time, I promise" I said.

"Okay"he smiles.

"I love you" I said smiling.

"I love you too honey".

We kiss for a while until we both pull back and Ryan leads me to the car,so we could head back home.
Even though I told him we should stay back for a while he said that 'we' need to rest.
