"Girl stop tapping your feet like that" I said to Sofia, she's been doing that ever since we got to the hospital and joe got her tested and everything.

"Do you think I'm pregnant? I mean I'd be happy but I don't know if Ryan would want that right now- Sof, he loves you and it takes two to tango so his not going to be mad about anything" I cut her off.

"Right, you're right. Let's just see what the results say" she said.

Just then joe walks in smiling as he makes eye contact with me. Joe Johnson(JJ), his been best friends with Ryan since they were little I guess,his really cute,way too flirty for my liking I mean his everything a girl would want but i don't feel that way with him maybe it's because I don't wanna get my heart broken like all the other girls he used to play with.

"Hey ladies, so I have the results S" he said looking at Sofia.
Handing it over to Sofia,I could see her eyes fill up with tears.

"Congratulations you're 4weeks pregnant" he says smiling.

I turn to look at him but look right back at Sofia.

"Sofia, this is amazing this baby's a blessing" I said.

"JJ, please you have to promise me that you won't say a word to Ryan about this please" she said.

"Yeah sure" JJ said looking unsure.

"How's this possible I mean I am on the pill- it happens Sofia sometimes the pill doesn't work so you shouldn't worry about it" JJ cut her off.

"Summer I don't know what to do" she said turning to face me and only then do I see the tears fall from her eyes, I bring up my hand up to wipe the tears.

"Sofia,Ryan loves you and you know how he loves kids his gonna be happy" I said holding her hands.

"Yes thank you I don't know why I'm getting worried about it, I'm so happy" she said.

Back in the car I tried to start a conversation with Sofia but I could tell she was lost in her thoughts.
"Babe, you have to stop worrying,this child's going to get loved by everyone" I said.

"I know Layla, I just thought we were being careful,we both said we wanted kids but at least after the wedding".

"Sofia that's doesn't matter,you gotta tell Ryan when you ready and I'm sure his going to love you and this child endlessly the man loves you Sof"

"Thank you for being here girl" she said.

"Don't even mention it I'm always going to be here for you and my nephew or niece". I said smiling at her before I turn back to focus on the road.

"preciate you babe,you got plans tonight?" she asked

"I thought I told you I was going to go see Grandma?"I said.

"Wait you gon see TT without telling me!!you tryna have all that good food alone huh" she said chuckling.

"Girl no I did tell you"I said laughing.
I mean it's true my Grandma TT does makes the best food and Sofia just don't know how to say no sometimes to food and I ain't tryna share all that good food.

"But I did tell you-cross your heart you did" she cuts me off.

"I swear I did, on the real I just wanna stop by and make sure she's been taking her medicines" I said laughing.

"Yeah good luck with that, you know Damn well TT doesn't like those medications" She said.

"I'll bring you back a pie"I said glancing at her.
