Bennett x Reader ( First Sight Of Love)

To Liyue!

We had set ourselves against a massive tree that grew the highest out of all the trees.

I looked at Bennett so afraid to ask to go to liyue with me. It would be such a huge adventure. I didn't want him to go out of his comfort zone. I stared at him. He suddenly looked at me possible feeling my gaze.

"Y/n are you alr? You keep looking at me"

His sweet voice caught me out of my day dreaming. My whole face turned red and I couldn't help but look away. I has to ask. I quietly asked,

"Would you- like to go to- liyue with me?"

He stared at me his eyes wide. His mouth started to form a smile he grabbed both of my hands holding them close and grinned so wide,

"I would love to! Especially with you!"

He closed his eyes and cocked his head to the side with a huge grin. I smiled back. Atleast he didn't think it was something else other than an adventure. He sure was adorable.

"When are we going to go?"

He asked as he came closer to my face. He stared into my e/c eyes as well as I stared into his emerald ones. To be honest I wasn't sure.

"Whenever you want to" I simple said

He came in closer his lips centimetres away his ears started to turn red. I could feel his breath on my face. NOT NOW. I closed my mouth and instead pulled him in for a hug. He was surprised but returned it. I put my face into the crook of his neck. We pulled back and I hid my face in my h/c hair.

His whole face was red. You could see it clearly. He rubbed the back of his neck. "How about," he stuttered "we go tomorrow? If that's ok with you of course!"

I nodded in agreement. We then left to go to our homes to pack for our journey ahead. Packing my essentials my vision started to flash. I held it in my hands. It stopped when I hugged it. I wonder what it meant. Forgetting about it I needed rest for the adventure!

I Hurrily put on my PJS and slept into my comfortable bed. I sunk into the soft covers and drifted off into my dream.
