GENERAL POV

The field was filled with crimson irises , Sandra and Gary got their share in the cottage with Matrona petrified at the sight, Pearl sent her into a trance and sealed her mortal body from their eyes before she felt an electrifying sensation in her right arm. "Pearl!" Nathan whispered , their thirst for blood kicked them to wrestle out for bites amongst themselves.

Sandra and Gary rushed wild into the forest to feat on animals . Pearl saw Nathan looking towards the campsite ,though burning inside, he was a phoenix and that made no difference , the two kings and their wives were stabilized too because their seals connected, Nathan looked around and found it was only him still standing against them.

Pearl saw it too and shut her eyes to the seal calling her out, she fought the connection within herself while trying to deal with the sensation within her, seeing as her strength wasn't holding her up that well, she activated her cleric healing. she walked out and found the knights were also gone.

she saw Dubey pulling a series of strings whiles screaming out on his horse, after that, she saw stands of fire loaded with millions of arrows with iron apex lighting up through the fire and flying over to their opponents side in millions. She hopped onto flamingo and headed towards Nathan, Dubey noticed the glowing figure and sped after it.

every gab that she covered , took a percentage of the pain away. Nathan sensed her approaching and so did the two kings and their wives , her identity was quite a mystery to them, he watched her take a stand on his right side, as a foggy radiation emitted from his wings, she pulled out her sword and skillfully gave it a three sixty spin .

Xexem and the rest stood wandering who she could be, her height classically puts her in the minors category , but considering the fact that she hasn't transformed at such a time raised their suspicions.

Nathan reached out his hand to her but she hesitated in taking it, when she finally did, she also began glowing exceedingly until she flamed up also, she stared in his crimson iris which slowly switched golden and they both stood tall on their horses .

Pearl elevated herself to par with them , they fought alongside each other, as the battle intensified again, Pearl sensed black magic in the sky, she recollected Sandra saying she suspected the leaders had an agenda against Nathan.

She turned to see a force that looked like a Bennu invincibly flying after each attack Arnold launched against Nathan, every bite turned that spot on him ashes and reverts back but she figured if it continues for long , he will run out of energy ,hence defeat.

It was passed midnight by three and a half hours , a time where the moon was losing its light to the day, Sandra returned before Gary and they met the absence of Pearl, they watched through the portal and saw what had happened in their absence, Sandra also saw the Bennu and felt the black magic energy. 

Pearl stabbed Arnold's wife in the heart and watched her dissipate before returning to his side, "that's useless, they're using black magic!" she made known to him and everything made sense to him.

"give me your sword?" Pearl requested, he hesitated wandering what she was up to, " trust me, will you!" she spoke with concern, then he released his sword into her hand and watched her swing it against him, she launched a stroke on his shoulder as the sword picked pigments like lava from the wound, Nathan watched her wide eyed .

she chanted a spell undertone and rolled over to Arnolds end she first slashed her shoulder with it ,  thrusted the sword in his chest and pulled it out , after which she swung again with the mixed blood and lava like substance against the Bennu she saw . Enraging Xexem with what she did, he yelled and more parade of knights came horsing against the Valloany knights.

Pearl handed over his sword and looked over at his healed shoulder, she had no plans of saying sorry. While they were busy with each other, Xexem slashed Pearl on her back and the aroma of her blood defused far, everyone looked up at her realizing she is not a vampire, such a rare creature on that field with them. "Pearl!" Nathan called out , her wound lasted about ten seconds before it healed , she thought it healed that quick because of the cleric healing .

" are you okay huh ?" Nathan probed with concern, she hummed to him , " go back , let me deal with this, the lunar night is over ,!" he communicated to her but she was unwilling, she planned to avenge herself with his head.

"you had a feast with you all along, and you didn't make it known, too bad I'm famished and will give myself the treat of a life time!" Xexem said, "I don't think so!" Nathan retorted and went after him, already he was agitated by the fact that he dared slash his beloved.

the death of one of these two rulers climax the battle and the standing ruler determines what to do about the orphan kingdom. Nathan had his principle of not fighting women because he feels it undermines his integrity, but knowing how cunning they can be, he didn't want to leave her for Pearl. 

it was in the morning  already , whiles Xexem's attention  was fixed on separating Nathan's head from his body , Pearl was aiming at him too and so was Dubey, he crept from behind and launched a perfect pierce into his heart but quite unfortunately, Xexem  held unto the sword to prevent him from pulling it out, but that hold up wasn't for long, Nathan slaughtered him together with his wife on the spot, and they dissipated.

The leaders of the realm had a plan which they initiated right after the death of the two kings  before Valloany would jubilate . the blowing of a horn of peace saw Arnold's daughter together with Xexem's son wearing the crowns of their fathers, coming to the battlefield ,they stared with rage in their eyes as their parents were missing on the field.

in their hands were scrolls of peace treaty to let Valloany  keep Kutar , its people and the land. Xexem's son raised a hand to stop the blower, he watched Nathan and the others find their grounds before walking towards him. 

Nathan grabbed the treaty and glanced through, he smirked knowing the smart play the rulers had done, " take your people  away with you !" Nathan said few words and  lead his warriors back to the campsite, while they all kept a gaze on Pearl and murmured among themselves, she went into the cottage where she opened the portal and broke the spell, she manifested Matrona's Mortality and broke the enchantment on her.

Gary was awed knowing she casts her spells with ancient language, and thought there could be more to her , he was curious to know her more than he already did.. Matrona panicked when she laid eyes on the two vampires , but only for a short period. they prepared themselves for their journey back to the kingdom.

Nathan turned to see Pearl in line with the generals in between Sandra and Gary, she took off her ribbon and watched her hair sly down to cover her back , she clenched her teeth to the pain she felt in her left shoulder. Nathan signaled she join him in front but she was hesitant, so Sandra kicked  Flamingo secretly and it motioned forward, she smirked and Nathan did too.
