I didn't let Eddie see my costume, because I knew he wouldn't like me to be dressed like that out in public, even though it's not that bad. He didn't even know I was going to the party. He dropped me off at Robin's and I got ready for the party there. I actually walked to the party from Robin's house, it wasn't that far from her place.

The first thing I saw when I got there was Billy, doing a keg stand Tommy H- who was dressed as a Cobra Kai- was holding one of his legs up, keeping him steady and counting down. Other's were chanting his name. For a new kid, he was for sure making a name for himself in Hawkins.

I saw some girls from the cheer squad, and I approached them happily. My cheer friend Amy hugged me and said, "You look so pretty," she said, and her bunny ears bumped my halo. "You need a drink, come with me."

"Okay," I said, and she takes my hand and leads me through the party. I spotted Nancy and Steve as we walked through the party. They were dressed as Tom Cruise and Rebecca De Mornay from the movie Risky Business.

There were people making out in the kitchen, others standing around eating food or getting something to drink. It was such a strange atmosphere to be in. I haven't been around something like this in a long time. The last time I was way too young, and my dad made Eddie and I stay in a locked room. Eddie managed to sneak out and call Uncle Wayne, and he took us in after that. That was when I was still in elementary school, Eddie had just started middle school.

She got me some punch and when I sipped it I fought the urge to spit it out. It was more alcohol than punch, but I swallowed it instead. I chugged it, actually, and she filled it up for me again. This time, however, when she went to hand me my cup back, a hand grabbed it before I could. It was Billy.

He looked directly at me while he drank my punch. "That was mine," I say, quickly.

"Not anymore," He said, and then he crushed my plastic cup and tossed it into the garbage can. "Did I die and go to Heaven or something?"

"Why?" I ask, looking up at him, "Because you're looking at an Angel?"

He smirks, obviously enjoying my sassy nature. "Exactly."

I could play this one of two ways. I could fall putty into his hands, or I could be the hardheaded Munson that I am, and I can make him work for it.

I decided to make him work for it. I am a hardheaded Munson after all.

"Yeah you're gonna have to do a lot better than that," I said, shrugging, "Come on Amy."

I turned around, and walked off. Amy followed me, walking close next to me. "That was awesome. I'm definitely going to play hard to get like that from now on."

I laughed at her joke, and we found our cheerleader friends again. We decided to go dance in the middle of the living room. It was about two songs worth of dancing when Billy approached me on the dance floor, holding a cup of punch.

"Hey Angel," he said, getting my attention, "You looked thirsty."

I took the cup from him. "Thank you."

"So do I get a dance for being nice to you?" He asks, I let out a little laugh. He was no Steve Harrington, but he certainly wasn't ugly. And unlike Steve, Billy was single and seemed to be interested in me. So, I decided to dance with him. He seemed happy about this. He placed his hands onto my hips and we swayed to the music.

At one point he turned me around and pressed my ass against his crotch. It was an odd feeling to say the least. Because of my brother, guys don't usually talk to me. They assume I am as weird and crazy as he is. But Billy was new and he didn't know Eddie yet, which means that I actually had a fair chance to win him over.
