-Candace-

*June, 1998*

"Will you please go check on him, Candy?" Erica asked. She was so nervous about her Fiancé throwing up before walking down the aisle.

"You guys," Robin said as she exited the bathroom, "This dress is way too tight around my neck. I can't breathe."

"I got her, Jonathan just got here and I'm avoiding that interaction until later," Nancy said, and she walked over to her.

Robin scoffed, "Nancy, we've been dating since 1990, you broke up with Jonathan two whole years before that in 88'. He needs to get over it. You've literally been broken up for a decade. Just save me so I can breathe again."

Nancy was standing behind her girlfriend, "I understand that, Babe. You know, it would help if you didn't get your dress all twisted when you put it on."

Robin countered her, saying, "Well, I begged Erica not to go with the halter top dress."

"You look hot, quit whining," I said as I walked past her to the door of the bridal suite. "Lulu, Belle, do you guys want to come with me?"

My daughters both nodded, and my oldest said, "Yes please."

My daughters took both of my hands and we walked to the Groom Suite together. They both looked so pretty in their flower girl dresses. My oldest was only seven, but she looked so grown up in her dress with her hair done. I knew Steve was going to just melt when he saw her.

I walked in and my five year old son was the first one to spot me. He ran to me saying, "Mommy! Mommy! Mommy!"

"Hi Eddie Baby!" I greeted him back, and I crouched down to pick him up. "You make such a handsome Ring Bearer, Sweetie." I looked around and I saw my husband smiling at me. He walked over to our kids and I.

Steve picked up both of our girls, and they hugged him tight. "Oh my Goodness, Louise, Belle, you both look so pretty."

Steve was such an amazing father. He made sure to acknowledge Lulu and Belle before he said hello to me, to let them know he did see them, too. I also couldn't stop checking him out. We've been together for 13 years, and married for 8 of them, and Steve Harrington is still the sexiest man on Earth in my eyes. "Wow, I haven't seen you all dressed up like this since our wedding."

"I could say the same thing about you, too," Steve joked. "You look beautiful." He looked at our son in my arms. "Eddie, doesn't Mommy look so pretty?"

"Pretty!" Eddie exclaimed, I laughed.

"Thank you, Eddie Baby," I told him and I kissed the top of his little head. I looked at my husband again. "Erica sent me to check on the Groom."

"He's in the bathroom, trying not to throw up," Mike said from the couch. "Will and Lucas are in there with him trying to calm him down."

"I don't remember being that nervous on our wedding day," Steve said, "I was just happy to finally be married."

"I think he's more scared that Erica is going to change her mind at the last second," I remind him, "Ever since they got together all he says is how much he doesn't deserve her."

The bathroom door opened before anyone could say anything else, and Will exited the bathroom alone. He smiled when he saw me. "Hey Candy."

"Hi Will," I greeted him back.

"You look so pretty," Will said as we hugged.

"Yeah, well, I'm the only pregnant bridesmaid, so I'm going to look so bloated next to them."
