Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley tells Karissa about the aristocrats on Star Base 12 and when she hears about it she tells Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley " Aristocrats are just people with a title, wealth, and property. They marry their children for other reasons than love."

Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley starts to laugh " You have a good idea on what they are all about." Kevin Thomas Riley tells Karissa.

"What aren't there any ordinary people living on Star-Base 12 but those stuffy runny nose aristocrats." Karissa asks.

"There are the students at Star-Fleet Academy and the University that are ordinary people just like you and me." Kevin tells her.

"Who in the devil if you believe in him is this Lord Andrew Charles Howard?" Karissa asks.

"Oh! Lord Pansy Andy Howard." Kevin says with a laugh.

"Pansy Andy Howard is the youngest son of The Presiding Duke of Norfolk Territory. He thinks he is God's gift to women." Kevin tells Karissa.

"I admit he is cute, but The Goddesses gift women I don't think so." Karissa answers " I think he is pompous, a spoiled aristocrat with a good spoon stuck up his aristocratic rear-end."

Kevin starts to laugh " You have him down great. Stay clear on him, Karissa. The only reason he may be interested in you is to have his heir/heiress that will help him become the next Duke of Norfolk Territory."

"I am sure there are any number of women here on Star Base 12 that are willing to have his child." Karissa states.

"Lord Andrew Charles is particular and he doesn't care for any of these women." Kevin tells her.

"I don't care to be his damn Duchess." Karissa tells Kevin.

"Can you tell me about Lord Richard William Carey?" Karissa asks.

"Lord Richard William Carey is Duke of Bedford Territory. He is 24 years old and the grandson of the late Duke of Bedford Territory. He is my favorite out of the damn Howard family." Kevin confesses.

"Lord Richard William Carey's great-grandmother is Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard, the daughter of the 2nd Duke of Norfolk Territory and his grandson is the fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory." Kevin tells her.

'I will have Lord Richard William escort you to Madame's Boarding House as it is in his territory and no Lord may cross over to another Lord's territory." Kevin tells Karissa.

"The Prime Directive established by Lord Patrick William Howard and signed by all the Lords states that no Lord of a territory may cross over the border without the consent of the lord." Kevin explains.

Kevin walks over to Lord Richard William " Please Lord Richard William. Will you see that Karissa arrives safely at Madame's Boarding House." Kevin asks.

"I will be happy to escort Mademoiselle Karissa to Madame Boarding House." Lord Richard William states.

Lord Richard William carries Karissa's suitcases to his carriage and he helps her climb into his carriage and Kevin watches the carriage ride away and he starts to walk back to Star-Fleet Academy.

The Carey carriage heads for Bedford Territory and Karissa is sitting in the carriage and Lord Richard William starts to say " Bedford Territory is primarily agricultural and farming."

Karissa looks at Lord Richard William " Farming is a very respectful way of living and without the farmers we would starve." Karissa explains.

"We need the farmers to give us our food." Karissa explains.
