He informed her.

lena didn't like being this close to Klaus, because she felt to comtorbale for her liking. "What did you do to him?"Elena asked for the first time after Bonnie's death after Elijah. Katherine made it clear that his mind was witched... and that can't mean anything good. "He is fine."Klaus said in a matter of a fact, it sounded like he didn't care right now. 

"Klaus."The mother demanded. "What?"The hybrid asked annoyed. "Answer!"The Gilbert demanded. "Oh oh trouble in paradise."Damon commented. "Shut up Damon."Both  shushed him. 

"Did you atleast pack snacks?"The Petrova asked. No response. "Klaus! Seriously? I gave birth to your children and almost died thank god, that bitch  didn't slid it right! And didn't even want to go on this trip and  you didn't even bother packing snacks for me? but of course blood bags for you are in!" Elena snapped, she saw red, it was hot, some stupid music was playing and Damon was annoying her as hell.

"You've been avoiding me! Concider this as your payback! Be glad."Klaus snapped back not in the mood.

 "Oh so now you are taking that as an excuse to cover up your tracks! Let's not forget ,that I am the smart one here."She figured and leaned back on. her seat ready to start a fight.

  "It's the truth!"The Mikaelson yelled. She tried to change the music but Klaus demanded:"Keep your hands of my stereo!" "I don't want to listen to music right now!"The Flemming yelled. "My car, my decision." Nicklaus meant and didn't bother taking his eyes off the rode. 

"Technacly it's Damon's car."The double-mother snapped, she was in no good mood.

 "Driver's choice."He meant, calm. 

"Why have you been avoiding me?"The Original habrid asked. "I already..."She started when the father cut her off. "You told me what was the trigger not the reason." "Well I've been busy!"The doppelganger defended herself. 

"With whom? Kol? Jackson? or both?"The hybrid asked making Elena spat right  into his face, she would of slapped him, but he is still driving and even tho they WOULD survive it, she wouldn't. Being human sucks sometimes.
