"ej move over" i pushed my best friends shoulder as he leaned over on me. we we're currently in homeroom early as fuck and he tryna touch on people.
i heard the door creak open making me look up and see a girl walking in the class, she was pretty as hell,i could feel my movement stop as i watched her walk over to the teachers desk
"i'm new, they told me you'd have my schedule "i heard her say as i took in her appearance. she had a big afro of curls she wore a white short skirt with an oversized red sweater and some ricks, she was a sight to see.
"damn who that" ej said as he still leaned against me.
"nigga how i'm supposed to know " i mugged as i continued to scroll on my phone with my head against the desk. i could see her sit down in the desk infront of my making me peer up over my phone, to see she was peering down at me she smiled when we made eye contact, i froze up not sure what to do
"hey i'm emaji just called me ej,this mean ahh girl is purple don't worry bout her" ej said leaning off me making me suck my teeth
"my name is blue don't listen to emoji he got a special way of making ya ass itch"i mugged him as she chuckled
"my names lumi"she said with a smile as we held eye contact, there was something about her
"lemme see yo schedule"ej said making her slide him the piece of paper
"mhmm mhmm hmm aight a- can you shut the hell up" i cut him off as he was making too much noise reading over her schedule for my liking
"ugh whatever" he mugged me

"but you got second with me third with both of us so you got lunch with us as well then u got fourth with purple, yo first period you on yo own, then next semester they don't got to classes planned out yet"
"damn that's fucked up,i suggest you talk to yo councilor as soon as you can, shit we can take you up there during lunch" i shrugged she nodded
"yeah thanks" she smiled
"so we not getting wings today"ej said leaning back on me as i stayed crouched down on my desk
"depends on who her counselor is, what's ya last name?" i looked up at her
"Wilson" she said fiddling with her nails, they were short her natural nails with a nice manicure, she gives clean girl vibes and i like that
"wilson, hmm you got Ms.Jenkins yeah we'll be outta there in no time, you coming with us to get wings"ej said as he did what ever he was doing on his phone still invading all my personal space
sheon even know us, he don't care bout stranger danger
"yeah if that's fine with y'all" she said as she looked up from her phone for a moment before going back to typing away
"yeah that's fine with us" ej said for the rest of the period we had miscellaneous conversations just getting to know her waiting for the bell to ring to go to our next class.
