waking up, sunlight poured into your room through the blinds covering your window. you rubbed your eyes as you yawned, looking around for your phone but discovering something else.

oh yeah, you kinda "rescued" someone last night from a party? you can barely remember it except bits and pieces of the memory. a girl, the one next to you, huddling in a corner and she was shivering and crying. you conversed with her and now you're here. you were pretty sure she was trying to run away from home.

how bad could it be at her home? ...you could let her stay, that would be fine, considering you're lonely at home. (you live by yourself at this time 👍)

plan was to keep her here for a week and see if she was alright or just obnoxious. the girl suddenly trembled at your side and she was legit quaking bro like istg

you'd let her stay, another mouth to feed would be a bit hard to do but it wasn't impossible.

she clung to you, as she started to tremble less as she felt your warmth. she started to wake when she jumped back at the sight of you. it surprised her to see someone in the same bed she was in.
