It's night. Stiles, Hope and Scott are outside of the hospital, talking to Melissa and Noah.

"Two missing..." Stiles is trying to say

"Hang on there. They were both in the car?" Noah asks

"No, Dad. They're trying to tell you that it was two separate kidnappings, okay? Two doctors, both gone."

"So, whose car is this?"

"Dr. Hilyard. The on-call doctor. The ER attending is the one that never made it in." Melissa says

"Let me just focus on your story first, okay?"

"Yeah."

They leave them there.

"These are definitely sacrifices, right?" Scott asks

"Yeah, it's one Deaton mentioned. Healers."

"What about Danny?" Hope asks

"I...can you hear that?" Stiles asks and points to Noah who was speaking on his phone.

"They found a body."

Later, Hope goes to her house, where Isaac was waiting for her with flowers.

"What's that for?"

"We've been on an edge these past days, so I wanted to make things right."

"Aw, you are so sweet!" She gives him a short kiss

"So, what happened?"

"You know me so well...another body was found today. I think these sacrifices are on healers now."

"Healers? Like..."

"Doctors...nurses..."

"Does students count as well? Or...you?"

"I'm not a healer."

"Yes, you are. You saved a lot of people."

"If you think it like that, it can also be you or Scott or anyone else. I don't think it counts."

"Scott's mom. She's a nurse."

"Yeah, Scott is staying in her room, making sure she is okay."

"He can't stay awake forever. I'm gonna go to him."

"Okay, see you tomorrow."

He gives her a kiss on her cheek and leaves.

At high school:

"Good morning. As you all know, Mr. Harris is still missing, I mean, sick. Anyway, I'm filling in while we all hope and pray for a more qualified substitute to take my place. Okay, so let's get started, shall we?" Teacher says

"Hey, my dad said that the ER attending wasn't strangled, but did die from asphyxiation. They just don't know how." Stiles tells Hope

"Do you think the on-call doctor could be still alive?" Hope asks

"I don't know, bu there are other 20 doctors in that hospital. At least, you know? Any one of them could be next."

Scott's phone is ringing.

"Hey, Doc. Can I call you back? I'm in class. What? Doc? Doc!" Scott whispers, but Hope could hear him.

"What's wrong?" She asks Scott who was behind her.

"Doc. He is in trouble."

After discussing with Noah about Deaton's missing, Scott grabs Hope and Stiles somewhere private.
