World of darkness : Book two : back from the dead

Part 36 : helping the enemy

(Warning this chapter has a bit of gore so if you dont like it skip that part if you can )

Patrick Carried azura who was bleeding out after he had stabbed her with both his blades , he ordered mara help her before it was to late to save her ,if she had any chance left to go back to being her normal self again she would of course need to be alive

Patrick put azura on a medical table to that mara could do what she could do , she may not have been the best doctor but she would hopefully do the job

Mara ripped apart the parts of the dress that were near the stab wounds to get a better idea where they were , the only reason azura wasnt dead is because her demon body makes her stronger then a human but that wouldnt save her without mara helping

Mara " oh shit " the bleeding was havign both sides of her body since the blades went straight through her body , after a long few minutes she was able to stop the bleeding from the inside but it wouldnt hold for long but it would give her and the others time to discuss what to do with azura

Mara " ive stopped the bleeding for now but we need to decide what are we actually going to help her i mean think about it saving her will anger the people " Patrick looked at azura on the table

Patrick " but its the right thing to do " he turned to face mara and Daryll " so dont do this for her or the people do this for me mara i cant just let her die " mara understood and nodded

Daryll " will she live ?" They all looked at azura and then back to mara

Mara " i dont know yet but i will do what i can " she went back to helping azura

Patrick " do you trust her ?" He asked Daryll seeing mara look at azuras wounds closer

Daryl " with my life " he assured Patrick he could trust mara so he listened to him

After an hour of looking at mara work on azura mara came out covered in a bit of blood but she had some good news for the two of them

Mara " well ...shes gonna be ok " Patrick hugged her tightly almost crushing mara since the new armour slightly increased his strength

Patrick " oh sorry new armour getting use to it " he dropped her and thanked her again

Daryll " well i think this calls for a few drinks who agrees ?" Mara nodded but Patrick was hesitant

Patrick " i should stay by her side ...besides we need to put her in a cell before she wakes up in case she wakes up in a demon rage " Daryll and mara went without him

Patrick took azura to a new cell made for just her , it had reenforced glass which she could not break through and metal walls , had a bathroom of course but of course they didnt want to look at that ....well they would have to figure out something for that

She had a bed , a small table and a few books and some other stuff azura would have liked to make her feel more welcome but most knew they were most likely get clawed and destroyed by azuras insanity rage

When she woke up she straight away tried to kill Patrick through the glass and scraped and clawed it over and over trying to get at Patrick

She screamed at him but didnt say anything, she looked around the cell but couldn't find a way out which was good , food would be give to her from above from a hatch which would be safer then putting it through a hole in the door

After the cell was fully set up Patrick went to see mara and Daryll, the two did not seem to happy

Turns out alfred had already returned which spoiled their mood for more drinks
