Jay's POV:

"I'm sorry Miss, could you repeat what you said?" I asked the customer. Today has been a really busy day here, it was the start of October when everybody started ordering fall drinks because they knew that it was now officially fall. Even though September was but whatever. The customer just scoffed at me and resaid her order in a very harsh and rude way "I asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte, how could you not understand what I said?"

Nya just happened to be walking by and heard the whole conversation, which was not the best timing. You know how Nya is when something or in this case, someone gets on her nerves. "What do you think is your problem lady?" Nya gave her order to the person and then placed her elbow on the table and just glared straight at her. "Nothing is the problem with me, what's the problem is that this young man doesn't have the right ears," the customer said this in a harsh cold tone. This just got Nya more angry.

"Excuse me? Whether or not his ears work or not is none of your business! Don't show sass to me lady! I don't care if your older than me." Nya hissed back to the customer, I felt like her head was going to explode. She was so angry.

Seliel was coming back with another order and she was confused by what was happening "Uhh, I'll just work on more orders and then leave," she was pretty scared, knowing Nya so she just gave the Vanilla Frappuccino order to the customer and hurried back into the kitchen. Cole then came out "Heard there was some spicy business happening out here, you guys want me to get the Manager to take care of this so you can get back to helping other customers?" He asked politely trying not to make anybody more ticked off. "Yes! Surely the Manager will get my order right and have better ears!" The customer snarled to Cole and then she just huffed and turned around.

"Ok then, I'll get her," He awkwardly laughed and went to find the manager. "Uh Nya, we should get out and maybe get to the kitchen so that the manager can take care of this. And maybe so you don't start to murder people," I chuckled at the last part but she did NOT take it as a joke. She calmed herself down because she didn't want to snap at me "Fine, as long as she gets what she deserves a nice Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino,". She smirked and looked back to the customer, we then both walked back through the doors to the kitchen.

The manager started to rush out the cashier counters but man was she mad. She didn't like when people messed with her employees and friends.

A couple minutes later we could hear a lot of yelling but then these words struck through all of us very clearly "GET OUT! YOU AREA NOT ALLOWED HERE EVER AGAIN!" 

So yep, the best day ever haha.
