It was Mid October which meant that it was the Annual Halloween festival. But this year was special because it was Empress Harumi's first. She got to be in the parade, it was Ninjago's first time to have a royal in the parade in 10 years.
Harumi's POV:
Today was a big day for me, I get to be in Ninjago's Halloween Festival Parade. This was going to be my first time going to Ninjago's Halloween festival because my parents rarely let me go out of the palace, but now they weren't here and I was the Empress. I can do whatever I want, as long as it follows the laws of course.
I'm going to put Harumi's outfit for the parade because I just love making the outfit collages and I will make them any chance I get :)

My outfit wasn't that Halloween-y but I made it have leaves so it was connected with fall. My closet was mainly green so I chose my darkest green dress to wear and styled it with a gold belt with leaves. My earrings were a little Halloween-y they looked like eyes so I thought they looked cool.
Once I was done putting on my outfit I had to go to the place where I was going to ride in a carriage. It was a black and gold carriage with velvet black seats. It was also decorated with skeletons, spiders, spider webs, and fake candles. It was absolutely stunning, it matched the Halloween feel and my dress so it was good.
The Coachman told us that he would have the carriage and himself arrive at the palace by 8 tonight so we could start preparing more
(Oh hold on Harumi's not in her carriage outfit right now she's just in a casual one rn hehe-)
We (She's with Caleb because he's kinda like her bodyguard) started walking over to the monastery to check in with the Ninja, they were also going to be in the parade. I knocked on the door to the gates and Master Wu opened them. "Oh hello Harumi," Wu smiled at me and motioned for me to come in. Once we were inside the monastery it was decorated with various Halloween decorations, who knew the Ninjas were decorators? Everybody was running around I had to move out of the way for Jay to run by who was carrying a big box of stuff. "Uh, what is happening here exactly?" I asked Wu, Wu looked over at me and chuckled "They're putting their float together for the parade," I stifled a little laugh "Oh," The door then opened and Pixal and Nya came in with big bags of candy "Excuse us, oh hey Harumi," Nya smiled at me and I smiled back while moving out of the way so she could get through. Nya and Pixal put the bags of candy on the table and then there was a yell "KAI THAT'S NOT HOW YOU PUT THOSE ON," we could all tell that was Skylor yelling at Kai.
