Seliel's POV:
It was my and Cole's first date since our engagement, we had decided to first start at the park and see all the trees as they change colors for fall and then to a restaurant. After putting on my outfit, I opened my bedroom door, walked out, and closed the door behind me. I looked around for Cole until I found him outside waiting for me. He looked at me and smiled "Hey Sel," I walked over to him and put my arm around his, and kissed him. He laughed and then said "C'mon let's get walking," once we got to the park, we sat down on a bench I held some bird seed in my hand because my favorite kind of birds come around during October. A little Fox Sparrow landed on my lap and tilted its head waiting for me to give it some bird seed "Oh, hi little guy," I giggled a little bit and then put my hand into the bag, grabbed a handful of seed and put my hand to the bird so it could eat it. It cooed and then flew away.
(I'm naming the bird Bryan)
I rested my head on Cole's shoulder and he put his head on mine. A leaf fell from a tree and landed on the floor right next to my feet, it was a golden brown color. This was my first sign that fall was here. A slight breeze came by and it rushed against my face.
After a couple of minutes sitting there, we decided to go to the restaurant. We walked into the restaurant and there were leaves all over, it looked like they had decorated it to match the feeling outside. "Table for two please," Cole asked the waiter "Right this way," the waiter grabbed two menus and then walked us over to our table. "What would you like to drink?" the waiter asked "Uh, I'll have water," Cole smiled at the waiter and then looked back down to the menu "Can I get Root Beer?" I asked him "Alright! I'll get that to you as soon as possible," the waiter closed his notebook and walked away.
"Did you see Kai this morning?" Cole asked me and then started to laugh "No.. why?" I was confused because I had no idea what he was talking about. "Well, I-" he cut himself off because he started to laugh more "What did you do?" I raised my eyebrow and folded my arms "Nothing, he just got childish because he ran out of hair gel!" Cole started to laugh a lot more until it sounded like a howl. "Well, calm yourself down you sound like a Hyena," I started to laugh along with him because it was so childish.
The waiter came back 5 minutes later with our drinks, he set them down on the table. "Thank you," I said to the waiter. "Now are you guys ready to order your meals?" he asked us Cole started with his "I'll have a Porkchop, mashed potatoes, and some green beans," he said "Uh, I think I'll take a hamburger, fries, and a cobb salad but no onions," I hated onions they taste weird to me.
"I'll get that right to you" the waiter walked away and I and Cole started to talk and laugh a little more.
Our food came about 15 minutes later and once we got it we ate it fast because Master Wu had told us to be back at 7, right now it was 6:43. Once we finished we paid and then left, the crisp, cold air from outside rushed against both of our faces when we stepped outside. I breathed in to enjoy the scent.
