The question had been lingering in Keira's mind.

How come we inherited Mom's last name when, in society we have to inherit Dad's last name?

She started to feel glum, she was already 18 and yet she knew so little of her family history. Looking for answers, she concluded to ask Leilin about this, because somehow Lei always seems to have answers. Keira gently knocked on the eldest sister's door before entering. No matter how many times she entered the room, Keira would still be amazed on how big and glamorous Lei's room was. Despite the complaints from her brothers, Mom and Dad gave the 2nd largest room to Leilin because of her spending problem. Although, they didn't mind it, they still needed to make sure Leilin's room wasn't overflowing with clothes. 'Welcome!' she said as she cupped my cheeks and kissed them furiously.

'Lei, I saw you a few hours ago! You act like we haven't seen each other in days.' I murmured as she let go of my cheeks and dragged me to her bed.

'Yes, but those few hours seemed awfully long.' Leilin said before placing her sister's hands on her lap. 'What's wrong? If you need some money I'd be happy to give you some?'

I sighed, as I looked to the side. 'How'd you know something was wrong?' Leilin frowned as she put a hand on Keira's cheek, making Keira look at her.

'Please Keira I'm your sister, of course I'd know if something was wrong.' Leilin said as she gave a warm smile to appease her sister, and it did.

'Well I might be overreacting a tad bit,' she started. 'But it just made me feel like I wasn't a real Solon, because I know so little...'

Keira trailed off as Leilin frowned. 'Well we have to fix that now don't we? So what is it you wish to know?'

'Well... uh' Kiera hesitated before asking. 'How did we end up inheriting Mom's last name?' Leilin's frown instantly turned into a smile as she heard the question.

'This story will be quite an interesting one.' After hearing this, her curiosity started to show, as she eagerly looked at her sister.

'Now, you know how mother and father met right?' Leilin asked as Keira quickly nodded her head. 'Well after the fight, Dad took quite an interest to Mom, so whenever he was sent on missions by his father he would always find a chance to go to her. Mom also took an interest to Dad and was more than happy whenever Dad visited. But Dad slowly stopped visiting Mom, not that it bothered Mom because she was also busy.'

'What were they both busy with?' Kiera asked.

'Well..' Leilin continued, 'Y'know how Mom and Dad have quite a lot of things in common?' She looked up to Keira as Keira waited patiently. 'Well, both were busy trying to execute their Father's and taking over the family.' Leilin could swore she heard a faint gasp but as she looked at Keira her eyes were filled with excitement.

'Tell me more, tell me more!' Keira was now even more curious on what happened.

'Okay, okay,' Leilin giggled as she looked at her younger sister. 'They both succeeded in executing their fathers, but the only difference was that Mom happily inherited her position as Duchess while Dad didn't have much interest into becoming Duke, even though his Father chose him as heir.'

*FLASHBACK*

Dion watched as the mansion he lived in, was swallowed by waves of fire. But as he watched it burn, he didn't feel a thing. Was it because he didn't have any fond memories there? Or was it because it didn't feel like home to him? No, it was neither of those. It was simply because he didn't care. Before he walked away Dion looked at the mansion one last time, he could feel the name Agriche being lifted of his shoulders, but it made no difference to him because even as an Agriche and now, the only similar thing is that he will always be alone. Neither of his parent's cared for him and his siblings were constantly trying to outdo him. The only emotion that was shown towards Dion was fear. No matter, where he went, he could always feel the fear people felt towards him. The only other emotion's he could feel was from Roxanne. He was in awe as he saw the tears flowing down her face as she killed her brother. The sadness and grief turned a 180 as she saw Dion, now her eyes were filled with anger and bitterness towards him. As he saw her grief he couldn't help but wonder,

Would she be able to cry for me one day?

Now that thought was useless to Dion, why? Because now he has Medea Solon. Someone who made him feel things he wasn't sure he was capable of feelings, someone who would look at him with a smile whenever he visited, someone who could break his heart whenever she cried because of her father, someone who could match his strength whenever they sparred. Dion got on his horse as he thought to himself...

I knew she was interesting from the start

*END OF FLASHBACK*

'then Dad met Mom again , Dad proposed to her, they got married and then they lived happily ever after!' Leilin smiled as she finished the story. Keira couldn't help but clap as soon as the story finished. 'That was great Lei! Their love story was like it came straight out of a fairytale.' Suddenly, they hear a few slow claps before Benjamin walked into the room.

'Wow Lei, it was almost like you were there.' Benjamin said sarcastically.

'Benji, how long have you been there?!' Leilin shouted as he leaned against the wall. 'You have to stop eavesdropping.'

'Hey it's not my fault no one can close the door properly.' Benjamin said defensively as he raised his hands. A puff of purple smoke appeared before Lucas fell on Leilin's seat.

'That was some story Lei.' Lucas said as he munched on his cookie. Leilin was starting to get pissed as she shouted. 'It's not like this is the first time you heard the story, you both are infuriating.' Both brothers turned their heads at her before they started bickering again. Keira who sat their dumbfounded, as she watched her siblings bicker she smiled as she said.

'I don't think I need to know about the family history to feel like I belong in this family.' The other siblings turned their heads to Keira glancing to each other before smiling. Leilin patted Keira's head before saying,

'I'm glad you realized it.'
