Sammy's POV

5:34 am

It was Tuesday morning and I was laying on my bed while scrolling on my phone until I heard a knock on the door.

"The door is open." I said.

The door creaked opened and Francis was leaning against it.

I rolled my eyes at him and went back to doing what I was doing.

"Should you be at school?" Francis asked.

"Yeah in two hours." I said while not looking at his face.

"So you just rather go to school late or-"

"Francis is there something that you want to talk about because I don't really have the time right now or probably never." I said.

"Sammy let's talk for a few minutes." He said.

"Francis can we talk later because I need to ready for school."

What I said wasn't a lie but I really don't want to talk to him at all.

"We are gonna talk right now and I am tired of you trying to get out of this conversation."

I got up from the bed and walked towards him.

Between me and him, our height are almost basically the same but it is just that he is one inch taller than me while I am just six feet.

"You got to understand that I don't like you and if I want to talk to you then I will but I don't right now." I said.

"You will never be a second father to me alright and I don't want that so get out of my life."

***************

"You have the whole class period to work on your history assignment that is due by the end of today."

As I opened my textbook, my phone buzzed with a text message, so I clicked on it.

Erika: Nice shirt it really look good on you.

Me: And how did you know what I am wearing?

Erika: Just a consequence.

Me:Let me guess you are stalking me right now?

Erika: Please you wish.

Me: You are that girl that sit three rows from me and is wearing a red flannel shirt.

Erika: How did you know about that?

Me: I just saw you walked in like a couple minutes ago.

Erika: And you didn't have urge to talk to me?

Me: I would have but I was talking to the teacher.

Erika: So you couldn't keep your eyes off me?

Me: Maybe ;)

"Hey Sam, do you know the answer to number four?" Clarence asked.

"I think it is b." I said.

"You think?" He spoke.

"It could be the answer but that's all I am going to say."

"Okay you better not be wrong because you know how my parents is if they see a bad grade on this."

"Yeah, I know."

My phone buzzed again and another text message pop up on my screen.

Erika: Do you like pineapple on pizza?

Me: Pineapple on pizza is the worst combination ever.

Erika: So, I am not the only one that don't like pineapple on pizza.

Me: Yeah you are not.
