Two years later.....

A lot of things happened in two years like for starters my uncle passed away and it took a toll on me since he always been like a father figure to me even though I know he is in my heart watching all over us up in heaven, my relationship with my parents and half-sister have gone really strong same with my brother as well. I don't hate Francis anymore and our relationship as stepdad and stepson is doing good.
I found out couple months ago my dad was engaged to someone and he kept it a secret since he knew how I felt about mom and Francis couple years ago which he wasn't wrong about.
It took like three months to get used to it despite the age difference but if my dad is happy with her then I shouldn't complain about it.
As for me, Clarence, Luke, Cameron, Andrea and Meghan we are still friends to this day and we always hang out together if we are not busy.
But I also made some new friends here in college since my freshman year and both friends bonded well together.
If you are wondering if Erika and I are still together well we are for two years now.
I remembered that one time which was one year ago that I said I love you to her at our one year anniversary and she said it back but it was really special and romantic.
I actually never knew it was going to last long but it actually did and I really love being with her.
Oh and one more thing, my baseball career is going really great, won an championship in my first year and now in my second year I am fighting for a second one. I have already declared for the MLB draft that takes place in July this year and to be honest I don't really care what round I go to because all I want to do is help my future team win.
"Hey did you know you really look hot in a suit?" Erika asked.
I chuckled. "Yeah I know because you always have said that many times."
"And you like it though." Erika said.
Yeah I do but I am not going to tell her that.
She got up from the bed and went to fix my tie.
"Damn I wish I take this off and just have you right now." She said.
"Well we did that yesterday." I said.
Erika laughed. "Yeah and the fact you still have energy it is still crazy."
There was a knock on the door and both of us looked at the door.
"It probably Clarence warning me to leave before the coach found out that I wasn't at the hotel lobby where the team supposed be at like in a few minutes." I said.
"You should go and I will see you at the game." She replied.
"Wear the jersey again, it is my lucky charm." I said with a smile.
"I thought I was your lucky charm?" She joked as she pulled me closer to her and our lips were touching each other.
"Well you are baby especially when you wear it." I said as I kissed her.
"Sammy we got to go now so hurry up." Clarence said outside from the room.
"You shouldn't keep Clarence waiting and go beat their asses." She said.
I chuckled lightly. "I will."
I kissed her on the cheeks before leaving the hotel room and meeting Clarence in the hallways.
