Chapter 5

If possible then Emma eyes would have been popped out by now.

It was like her world turned upside down watching the scene in front of her eyes.

At the same spot that she moved her gaze from the two bodyguards like men was standing Matteus. Or to say a half werewolf in transition with his claws looking out and thick hair growth over the body.

Emma was stilled because she was watching Matteus tuning into an animal.

Before when Lucy told her about werewolves she didn't trusted her. But now by seeing with her own eyes how can she deny the fact, that in the palace where she is standing now is filled with werewolves.

But in the next second Matteus head got whipped towards Emma when he got her scented rose and forest woods smell. If not for werewolf genes his head would surely had gotten strained by the force it tuned around.

Emma's feet stumbled back when Matteus' sharp gaze collided with her. His eyes were glowing with silver colour. Its like moon shining in the vast lonely and dark sky. Its a proof that Matteus Black Knight was not a mere werewolf.

But his posture and eyes got back to normal seeing the terrifying face of his mate.

When Emma watched him transitioning from half human-animal form to full human form, she didn't wasted a time to sprint off from the giant palace filled with werewolf.

Matteus got stilled trying to progress her reaction in his mind. When it got cleared to him that his mate has recently seem him in transitioning form and now sprinted from here, a ferocious growl escaped form his throat from the bottom of his heart.

Emma has crossed the palace gates when she heard the animalistic growl from her behind. She got startled and stumbled on her feet scratching her knees in the process.

But she didn't wasted her time and again stood up and ran in the woods.

Emma had just entered in the woods when an animal knock her off from back. And yes its Leo.

How can he let her go after waiting for more than two centuries!

But in the process Emma got injured at the head and lost her conscious.

Leo panicked seeing his mate slipping into darkness.

So he transformed into human form and took Emma in bridal style and ran off inside the mansion being stark naked.

He didn't cared if anyone sees him like this.

His mate has hit her head for crying out Merlin's name!

On the way to their room he barked at the maid standing their to call the pack's healer.

He carefully put her on the bed.

When the healer came and checked her he took a breath of relief that she just knocked off by the impact, the head injury was not serious.

But got angry on the next second when he told him that she will take sometime to get senses back as she is weak due to not eating anything.

Matteus was pushing him inside his head to take control over his body but Leo was not giving him any chance for that.

Leo was furious with him that he didn't cared for his mate, his moon goddess gift. Which they pledged to protect from this world when they were young.

Leo called the maid who was assigned to Emma.

“Why the hell she hadn't eaten anything!? I told you 3 hours back to feed her something than why? And where on the earth were you when she get out of this room? I told you to not let her wander! Its not safe for her!” Leo asked her in a calm but hard voice.

Lucy got scared after hearing his voice. She was sweating profusely because she know what can happen with her for not fulfilling alpha's order.

“Alpha I..I was go..gone to bring some foo..food. I didn't kn..knew that luna wou..would escape in that time..”

Tears were flowing down from Lucy's eyes. She was stuttering badly.

Leo mind linked his guards to take her to the dungeons as alpha king does not forgive carelessness.

Lucy was begging for letting her go but no one paid her attention to her. At last she was dragged out of the room and thrown in the dungeons.

Leo came and sat beside her. He ran the back of his fingers on her right cheek lovingly.

I am sorry mate from our both side. Please wake up!

But Matteus just scoffed at his thought.

Only God knows how she will react when she gets her conscious back!!

But my studies got started and I didn't get time.

So when I got a small small time I worte a little little and here it is.
