So-hee chuckles softly as Jungkook skipped towards them, grinning. Behind him came the CEO and Juseok, their manager but her focus was on the maknae.
" mhm...let me see. " she grabbed his shoulders, " are you feeling alright? " Jungkook grins, " as alright as I can be. I'm so excited! "
So-hee grins, patting his arm. " You're looking handsome. "
" Thank you. You look absolutely breathtaking, noona. " he smiles, holding himself back from squeezing the girl and his other bandmates into tight hugs.
He was aware everyone was clicking pictures, and pd-nim was here too. He didn't want to disappoint them so he restraints.
He had missed all of them, he grinned. " I felt like I was going crazy alone. " he huffs, making Namjoon laughs softly and bring him in a side hug.
" We're glad you're fine, Kook. "
" All the food I fed him till now was worth it. " Jin mused, ignoring Juseok's look and pulling the maknae in a hug.
" How's your hand, hyung? " Jungkook pulls away, carefully looking at the plastered hand. Jin shrugged, " It's alright. "
Jungkook bites the inside of his cheek, " Be careful with that. " He faced the rest of them who also shot him big grins and asked him if he was okay.
Of course he was. He was Jeon Jungkook, what could a measly thing like covid do to him? He grinned, bowing at the CEO who approached them.
They huddled close as he checked on all of them, So-hee decides to ignore the fact that he only gave her a forced smile, patting her shoulder.
It wasn't strange to any of them. Although all of them were immensely close with the CEO, he had been acting like this since the past few months.
Their schedules were tighter right after the break, so they never saw much of him. But through Juseok, they could tell something was going on.
There were suddenly so many things they weren't allowed to do even though they got to open their own Instagram accounts.
Juseok warned them not to post about each other on their own accounts, which was ridiculous but Namjoon thought it must be because of the shippers. He lets it slide.
They weren't allowed to go out without him, he lets it slide thinking it must be for security. He sighed, giving So-hee's hand a reassuring squeeze at her sullen frown.
She glanced at him, a smile breaking onto her lips seconds later. " It's fine. " She nods, " he must be stressed. "
" yeah..."
" Alright, you're only doing three to four interviews. Don't stop for anyone else. It's the guy in grey outfit and after that, the one with frizzy hair. After that, the staff will guide you towards the rest two. " Juseok says, giving them all a once over.
