Derek Shepherd

She drops her coat revealing the outfit I gave Mark for her to wear. I smirk looking at her up and down. "Don't get any ideas Mr. Shepherd, it's unprofessional" she winks at me.

I don't say anything back to her, I just watch her. She caught my eye up on that stage. I don't really pay attention to the dancers which I should honestly. I don't know their names. I haven't cared about other people since my wife died three years ago, but it's time to let go.

I loved my wife more than anything. She was always there waiting for me after a long day in the office and one day I came home and she wasn't there. Instead there were police officers there and I was told that she was dead. She was in a terrible accident and the doctors on her case were amazing she just had too much damage.

Six months after she died I bought this place Mark helped me fix it up and then I buried myself in work. I stayed here working everyday. That's all I did for one and a half years. Then Mark made me see my family. I'm grateful for Mark.

Now it's time for me to move on. I have grieved for two and a half years. I have cried. I have been held. I got angry. I broke things. But I am moving on. I will never forget my wonderful Adeline but it's time to move on.

"Mr. Shepherd are you okay?, you're crying" she says snapping me back into reality.

"I'm not crying" I say quickly wiping away the tear.

"Then what was that?" she asks walking closer to me.

"I was just staring at you a little too long Tesoro you're beautiful" I say.

"Hm, you know I don't know what this is but I don't think this is professional, you're my boss" she says.

"So?" I ask.

"Fuck it" she mumbles under her breath.

"Do you like lap dances Mr. Shepherd?" she asks walking in front of me holding onto my shoulders.

My hands move to her waist. Honestly I never have had a lap dance. I could give it a shot I guess. "Hmm yeah" I chuckle softly.

"Okay" she smiles.

She takes my hands off of her waist and I frown slightly and I'm pretty sure she noticed it. "Why the sad face?" she asks softly unbuttoning a few buttons on my shirt.

"I like physical touch" I say as she walks around me kissing my neck.

"Hm, I took that away from you, didn't I?" she asks.

"You did" I nod as she appears in front of me.

——

"Was that enjoyable for you Mr. Shepherd?" she whispers in my ear once she is finished with her little lap dance.

"Very" I say.

It was very enjoyable and now I have a hard on which I am hoping she doesn't notice.

"I see" she bites her lip staring at my pants.

"Okay, we'll I have to go to dinner now" I say standing up.

"Dinner?" she frowns.

"Dinner" I nod.

"At twelve in the morning?" she asks.

"Dinner with myself" I say.

"Oh, I see that makes more sense" she giggles looking down then back at my face.

"You're not funny" I glare at her.

"It is a little" she says.

I sigh and grab her coat helping her out it on. I slip five hundred dollars in her pocket before leaving her in there, alone all alone.
