Meggy's weapons clicked as her eyes looked over the abyss, locked on Evelyn.
Evelyn: Shercorp, send the ginger and the boys back to shipwreck swamp so I can rip her apart in peace!
Evelyn and Belle jumped aboard their ship, weapons ready.
Tari: MD-5! Defence positions!
Meggy: On it! Marko, you need to-
Meggy turned around and went wide eyed as she saw Marko had jumped ship already, staring down Masa as Lucinia looked ready to kill.
Tari: Marko, where are you going!?
Marko: We had a deal Blue...Golden boy is mine...
Lamar: I'll back him up!
Lamar jumped ship after Marko, leaving Meggy and Tari in the dust.
Meggy: Guys, get back here! Stick to the plan-!
Tari: Meggy, look out!
Tari dived and save Meggy from being cleaved in half by Evelyn, swinging her axe as it collided with the decking.
Evelyn: Rookie mistake, you forgot to watch your back!
Theo: SO DID YOU!!
Theo suddenly ran from behind, body slamming into Evelyn and knocking her into the lower decks.
Meggy: Theo!
Tari: Hang on, we'll be-!
The sound of clanging was heard as Belle dropped behind them, turning to see her ready to fight with almost no emotion on her face.
Meggy: Belle, this isn't you! Sheridan's controlling you, fight it!
She simply entered a fighting stance. Nodding to one another, Tari and Meggy both fired shots at Belle, but she blocked them all with her sword skills.
Meggy: Dang it!
Tari: Meggy, get down to the lower levels and help Theo!
Meggy: What!? But...she's gonna kill you!
Tari: Don't worry about me! It's not the first time I've fought Belle...
Tari grinned at her and nodded as she charged towards Belle, while Meggy reluctantly complied and jumped down to the lower levels.
When she arrived, Theo slammed Evelyn against the wall before he was knocked back onto the floor by an hay-maker.
Evelyn: Get off me! I can't believe I've been stuck fighting the sidekick again...
(BANG!)
A quick shot bounced off Evelyn's armour, getting her attention as she turned to see Meggy ready to fight her.
Meggy: Well, now your fighting me!
Evelyn: Grr...your going to pay for damaging my suit! Do you have any idea how much this cost!?
Meggy: I'd imagine as much as your other arm once I take that off as well!
Evelyn's scowl was interrupted as Theo threw a crate at Evelyn's head from behind, knocking her into a daze as Meggy jumped over the mech and landed next to him.
Meggy: You ready Theo?
Theo: As ready as you are! Let's beat this boss lady!
Meggy loaded her guns as Theo lead with a charge punch, catching Evelyn off guard as they both yelled out in joy.
