Chapter 10

Aces point of view.

I felt her when she came. I didn't even have to look to hard. She wears a lot of long sleeve things which I like. But those legs baby girl. I notice the she is not wearing the necklace, my heart breaks a little.

I comfort myself with the thought that once we are official I'll her buy all the gifts the world has to offer. I was expecting her to reach for a shot like her friends but she takes juice instead. Always surprising me.

" Alpha." Dante approaches me
"What is it?" Can't he see his distracting me?
"Mr Corera has arrived."
Oh yes. This is the man that is going to help me finalise my transition to Alpha, I better attend to him, the sooner I get this done the sooner I can make Zee-Anna my luna. I tell the men to watch her while I'm in the meeting

The meeting went well. I sit in the VIP area this time so I can see everyone, and boy am I glad I did. There she is on the dance floor dancing with a another man. The more I observed I realised she wasn't her sophisticated self, even when she was dancing.

Bingo! This was a high school party of course there were going to be drug deals. Its not my business if people buy drugs but I won't let them take advantage of my luna. I lean on the rail way and catch his attention by partly transforming so my eyes glowed.

He looked up at me and I made a gesture for him to get away from her. He looked at me and laughed, he then tells me to wait my turn. How dare he! Most people in the school know better then to question me.

I jump over the railing and land on the floor with great force, the girls near me shrink back. I'm not trying to impress you ladies. I couldn't see her but our connection was stronger on my side so I used it to find her. Troy Reed! I am being disrespected by Troy Reed! I tap him on the shoulder and when he turns around I give him a full forced punch making sure to dislocate his jaw.

Zee-Anna opens her eyes, looking around confused. Troy has gotten over the shock and his ready to return my favour.

I take his arm, spin him around and twist it back to dislocate his shoulder, his scream catches a few peoples attention and a few members of my pack have caught on to whats going on, they'll take care of the rest. I take Zee-Anna by the hand and lead her to the bedrooms.

After 5 rooms we finally find an empty one. I sit her on the bed and cover her with my jacket. Shes still dancing to the music. "Dance with me!" She says taking my hand. As shes walking towards me she trips and I'm quick enough to catch her.

She is so close I can feel the sparks along my skin. The heat travels through my whole body. Her smell overwhelms me. Her brown eyes indulge me. Putting me under her spell. I want to feel her plumb pink lips. Mark her with two permanent pink circles on her caramel brown skin. Then cover her with additional fading circles just to be sure everyone knows shes mine.

But I can't do that just yet. So I set her back on her feet and sit on the bed as she carries on dancing. What will her parents say when she comes home like this. Can I even take her home? I'll make a plan.

She eventually gets tired and lays down with me. If she was sober she'd make it a mission to stay away from me. She'll understand why when I explain everything to her. She rolls over and faces me, placing her leg over mine.

She makes eye contact with me and I'm swimming in dark chocolate. Shes so close, too close. Soft as a petal, plum as a peach her lips softly brushed mine. It was only a soft kiss but it made my insides flip. She kissed me. I thought about it but she did it.

I want to continue but I shouldn't, not while shes intoxicated.
"Its almost midnight, I'm going to take you home" I tell her softly.
"I have to be home before midnight"
I should have given her water. Its okay I'll give her some in the car. We make it downstairs and in the car safely. I put Drake on shuffle and drive slow. I don't know how long I'll have to wait before I can spend time with her again.

There is only one light on in her house. I'm guessing her dad is waiting for her. I pull in the drive way and switch off the car.
"Your home.." shes staring at me "What are you looking at?" I ask her with a joking tone.
"Your beautiful and I don't like it" she says. I think my eyebrows shoot out the roof. 1 because of the compliment and 2 because of the fact that she doesn't like it.

Does she not like me that much. What if I cant repair the damage I did by not telling her the truth. She says I'm beautiful so maybe there is a bit of hope.
"Thank you" thats all I can say.

I get out of the car and open her door. She jumps out of the car and stumbles a bit.
We get to her front door and I knock. Her dad is very quick to open the door. His face is shocked when he sees me. He quickly readjusts it and puts on an intimidating face.

He looks down at his daughter who is thankfully standing without my help. "Hi Dad" she says with a big smile.
" Mr van Dae" I put my hand out and he shakes it firmly.
He steps aside and my heart starts racing but

Zee-Anna takes a discreet breath in and walks in without stumbling.
"Thank you for bringing her home" her father says. He waits for me to drive away before he closes the door.
