"I'm sorry about your brother." Mike spoke up, as him and Bill walked to the quarry together. They never really talked, but both of them wanted to.
"Y-Yeah, well I'm sor-sorry about your d-dog."
"Oh, it's fine. What happened to Georgie was nothing compared to what Bowers did." Mike shrugged, and Bill nodded. He was right, but killing a dog is still vile.
"D-Do yo-you wanna han-hang out sometime? J-Just us?" Bill asked, and Mike's eyes lit ip, "Y-You don't ha-have t-to, we just do-don't t-talk a-as much as we sh-sh-should." He shrugged.
"Yeah, I'd like that. You and Ben are really the most chill out of The Losers Club, Stan too."
"T-Tell me about i-it. Gro-growing up wi-with them wa-was exh-exhausting."
"More exhausting than killing Pennywise?" Mike teased.
"Yeah." Bill teased back, smiling.
