Ponyboy woke up groggy this morning. He feels sick and nauseous. "Come, Pony. Time to get up." Sodapop turns the lamps on. Pony holds his mouth for for minute. "Pony?" Soda shakes Ponyboy. "Please stop." Pony pleaded. "You okay?" Soda asked. Pony shook his head.
"Be right back." Sodapop rushed off. Darry comes in a few minutes later. "Pony?" He asks. Ponyboy looks over to his eldest brother. "Ponyboy. You look pale and sweaty." Darry points out. He puts a hand to Pony's forehead. "Bae! You're burning up!" Darry starts panicking.
"Your are staying home." Darry commands. "But why? I've already missed so much being sick last time!" Pony rejects. "I don't care. I can't risk you vomiting at school." Darry growls. Soda brings a glass of water and some medicine. "Here." He gives Pony some medicine to make the nausea go away and the glass of water to help swallow it.
"Maybe I should stay." Darry thinks. "No! You need to go to work, you can't afford to miss!" Pony declines. "Alright, alright. Soda and I'll a go." He ruffles Sodapop's hair. "Now rest, honey. You'll need it." Darry walks out. "Bye, Pony." Soda says.

I know Darry doesn't seem the type to call Pony 'bae' but I decided to use it anyway. And in the book, Soda calls Pony 'honey' (When he was sick) so I decided to use it, I might use it a lot but I'm not sure. XD This was fun to make though!
