"Woah!" I said. I jumped back from Victor's wolf form. His wolf looked so weak and small. You could see his bones in the stomach area. His brown fur was dirty and nasty.

"Get him some shorts and a shirt for when he shifts back." I said to no one in particular. Ben came back with some shorts and gave them to me.

"Here. Shift." I tossed the shorts to Victor. I turned around as soon as I heard bones cracking. "I'm dressed." I heard Victor say. I turned around.

"Victor why does your wolf look so weak and......hungry?" I asked. He huffed and sat down.

"Someone told me you killed Carl, but I didn't believe him. He told me that if I didn't do my job then I can't eat. So that is why I am here. I didn't want to at first. He kept me locked up in the cellar. I'm here so I can do what he requested." He said.

"Who requested?" I asked. I walked back up and sat in the chair. He looked up at me and looked away.

"I c-can't tell you Taylor. He has eyes everywhere. I really want to tell you because I want our friendship back, but I can't."

"Yes you can. Just relax and let me work my magic." I said slowly. He scrunched up his face in confusion before understanding flashed his features. He nodded and I could see his muscles relax.

"What is he doing?" Ryan asked. I turned around and put my finger over my lips. He rolled his eyes and looked back at Victor. I looked into his eyes and put all my energy into him. His mind was still tense but it was relaxing slowly.

I was searching his mind wall until I saw a crack. I pushed forward and his whole wall broke. Then all his memories and thoughts came rushing into my head.

*Memory*

He was sitting in a room with no windows. Look like a cellar. He was pulling at the chains until someone came through the door. That someone was Kevin.

"Still being a stubborn little brat or have you changed your mind?" Kevin asked. He walked up and knelled in front of Victor.

"I'm not doing that to Taylor." Victor whispered out. Kevin growled and punched him in the face.

"Are you going to do it or not?" He asked.

"No!" Victor yelled. Kevin pulled something out of his back pocket. It was a blade. A silver blade. The end of the blade had wood on it and that was what he was holding.

"Now, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Which one?" He asked. The room was silent until Victor said, "Why? Just why are you doing this to Taylor?"

Kevin growled and slid the blade across Victor's cheek. Victor hissed in pain and tried to jerk his face away from the blade.

"Are you or are you not?" Kevin asked.

"No. Taylor hasn't done anything." Victor said.

"Oh come on, Victor. She has done plenty of things and you know it. Now, do you want to get out of here or do you want to stay another 2 months?" Kevin said. 2 months? Is that how long he has been in that cellar?

"No. I'll do it! I can't stay in here no more!" He screamed. Kevin chuckled and pulled a key out of his pocket. He unlocked the chains and stood up.

"If you change your mind since you're free, just remember I have eyes everywhere." Kevin said.

*End of Memory*

I pulled out of his mind and opened my eyes.

"See, you see why I came here? I can't stay in that cellar for another month." He whispered. I grabbed his hands and squeezed them. He looked at me and his eyes were glassy.
