The next day in school, you saw me with dark circles again, but this time you neither scolded nor nagged at me, instead, you looked at me with apologetic eyes.
Because you knew, that it was because of you I couldn't get any sleep, feeling guilty, you sighed and looked down apologising.
How can I ever get mad at you? I love you too much to do that.
You decided to take me to our spot after school, you held my hand while walking, exactly like the way you used to do everytime we walked side by side.
I missed your touch, our walk was one of my favourite things.
We sat down under the shade of the blossom tree and I felt the wind brushing against my skin as I breathe in the fresh air, I felt refreshed.
I was happy you didn't bring her up the whole day, sitting there with you, I was reminded of the the days we used to bunk school just so we could sit under the shade of the blossom tree.
At that moment, I wished for the time to stop.
"I wished there existed a universe where it's just the two of us....."
