He said with a smile and motioned every to get ready to leave as all of them were joining the family for shopping.

Time Skip
They all reached mall and we're waiting for Mr. Kim's brother and his sons. Few minutes later they also reached the mall. Mr. Kim told everyone that all the girls will shop together, i.e. IU, Y/N and her mom and the boys will do the shopping together which includes Mr. Kim, his sons, his brother and his nephews, Minho, Hyun Joong and Hyunjin.

Mr. Kim- "So, let's start if no one has any problem." He said and was about to leave before Y/N interrupted.

Y/N- "I have a problem."

Mom- "What? That you want to shop alone. No worries leave before you hurt someone else with your behaviour." She said still angry with her.

Y/N- "No mom. Actually i wanted to ask if you guys can take IU with you all. I want to shop for my mom and with her." She said trying to take the steps to close the distance created between them, as Mr. Kim said. She didn't felt the need to do all these things earlier as she thought she was already giving her all the luxury of the life but the conversation with Mr. Kim changed her point of view. On the other side everyone was shocked, especially her mom.

Mom- "Umm... As you wish Y/N but are you sure that's your request. I mean we won't mind if you don't want to shop with us."

Y/N- "No mom. I want some time to talk with you. Maybe this the chance. Let's go"

Everyone went their ways to shop and everything and decided to meet at the cafeteria after everyone's done.

Time Skip
Y/N and Her mom were in a bridal dresses shop and her mom have tried many dresses but none was to the match of y/n's liking for her mom. Y/N looked around for a minute and her eyes finally set at a gown which will look breathtaking on her mom. She went there while her mom came out from her not even knowing how many dresses she has already tried.

Mom- "Y/N, i swear to god if you are trying to annoy me to death by this continuous torture, i will kill you." She whined.

Y/N- "Sorry mom, but i want my mom to look like the best queen of the world after all you are my mom." She said with a small smile on her face. "Okay! Now last dress because I think this is the best for you." She said passing her the dress.
To say that her mom was in shock was a understatement. This was a side that she always wished she would get to see again. She smiled at her not wanting to cry and ruin this moment. She took the dress and was in awe. It was so beautiful and she finally got the look that her daughter wanted for her wedding.

Mom- "Thanks y/n. I love you and am happy to see you smiling and getting back. Even if it is little by little. I just hope you will accept everyone in your life slowly, gradually and happily. I will go and try this dress." She said laughed lightly at the end. Y/N looked at her mom going in the trying room, smiled at her and thought about her. Her thought was cut short by her ringing phone. She looked at the caller ID. It was one of her mafia man. She went a little far and answered the call.

Y/N- "Speak up!"
Member- "Queen, there was a change in their locations and we are not ae to find them. We have to put the attack on pause. It's rea-"
Y/N- "You fuckers can't do a single thing properly. I will be there at 11pm. Meeting right after my arrival. Understand?"
Member- "Y-Yes Queen. Also queen there is a proposal from kings for some mission. Should I say no or you want to meet them?"
Y/N- "Arrange for the meeting. Tomorrow around 6pm."
Member- "Okay Queen. Good day Majesty."
She hung up the phone and went back to see her mom and looking around worriedly.
Y/N- "Mom you look majestic. Like a queen which you are." She said smiling at her.
Mom- "Oh god y/n! Where were you? I got worried."
Y/N- "Nothing mom. Just a phone call from work. Leave that. Look at you Mr. Kim is going to stare at you at the wedding." She said smirking at the end.
Mom- "Oh y/n! Shut up." She said chuckling at her shyly. "So this is the one."
Y/N- "Yes mom! This is the one." She said to her mom who was so nervous that she might start crying right now. She quickly went to get out of the gown and came out to see her daughter talking to the manager and telling her to arrange that dress with the best care. She passed her card and turned to see her mom out. She went towards her mom and hugged her.

Y/N- "Congratulations mom!" She said and pulled back from the hug. "Let's go. I have selected my dress. It's getting packed. We will take before leaving. Everyone might be waiting for us." She said dragging her out of the dress shop. They reached cafeteria to see some new people around the Kim's and her friends. They went near them and Mr. Kim noticed them with a smiling nod towards Y/N and a hug with a kiss on the cheek. They turned towards the girl who was looking at Y/N with disgust in her eyes and a scowl on her face. Y/N didn't gave any expression to her and turned towards Mr. Kim with a raising brow.
