CHAPTER- 45

Y/N- "LEAVE."

She didn't care who she hurted because they were the one who hurted her first. She knew everything they did and all that going through her office to find that contract, this showed her how much they trusted her. It felt like they were going behind her back. Although, the contract was not much of a deal for her, it was the action that hurted her.;

Once everyone was gone, Y/N was crying in Yeonjun's embrace. He knew that she will pretend to be tough in front of others, she was badly hurt by everyone. he felt sad for her and happy at the same time that no one saw her the way he is seeing her right now but also hated that she was crying.

Yeonjun- "It's okay baby, I'm here with you. Everything will soon become normal and everyone will come around. I don't want to see your pretty eyes shedding tears for something that is out of your control. Let's just focus on your plan and your mother's wedding. I want to see you all smiling again, even if it is only around me. Come on babygirl, where is my tough baby!"

Y/N just passed a tearful smile and snuggled deeper in his embrace. The only thought running in her mind was that she didn't deserve him at all. She didn't want to hurt him even if he agrees. She didn't want another innocent life to be dragged in the darkness because of her. She didnt want another family or friend group to lose their precious one because of her but she wanted to be selfish even if it was for a little while. She wants this warmth to be hers, she wanted these sweet words to be told by him, she wanted his care and everything he offers her. She wants him to be there for her when she takes her last breath and goes to the heaven that hell will offer her. All she could do right now is hold him closer to her and smile, and that is what she is doing. Until,

Soldier- "QUEEN, sorry to disturb you but there is an urgent matter that needs your attention."

She sighed and looked at the soldier who had his head down, out of respect for his queen.

Y/N- "Stand straight. What is it?"

Soldier- "There are two packages that came right now and they are under yours and sirs name. We have checked it doesnt have any bomb or hazardous object. We have also checked for any chemical on it."

Y/N- "Any address on it."

Soldier- "No QUEEN."

Y/N - "Where is it? Lead the way."

At the entrance were two packages and few soldiers around it.

Y/N – "Everyone step back." and with that every soldier stepped exactly 5 steps back. Yeonjun was always in awe with the way everyone around here followed her orders when they are twice or thrice her size but he knew how much she deserved this power. he knew that she didn't need his protection but he promised himself to protect her with his life.

Y/N- Are these packages thoroughly checked? Any signs of fingerprints or marks?

Soldier- Yes QUUEN and no there were no fingerprints or any other mark.

Y/N- Take these to my office and check the cameras at the front of the base and outside and I also want every soldier to be on high alert and bring the protection team soldiers in the meeting rooms in 10 minutes. Over with the orders. With that every soldier did what they were told. Yeonjun and Y/N went to the meeting room and sat down Y/N was leaning on the table in front of the head chair with her legs between Yeonjuns as he sat on the head chair. They were just looking at each other with silence between them. These were the moments they cherished the most the comfortable silence and eyes holding each other captive. Y/N knew these feelings and she was afraid of following them. She just wanted to remove these feelings so that it wont hurt her or anyone else.

There was a knock on the door and soldiers entered the room one by one after she ordered them to come in.

ALL THE SOLDIERS- AT YOUR SERVICE QUEEN! They all knelt with head bowed

Y/N- Stand at ease everybody.

They all stood and awaited their queens orders for them. Y/N turned to Yeonjun and spoke.

Y/N- Yeonjun meet my protection teams soldiers. This team is my best team out there because I trained them myself. Each one of them knows every single detail of every one close to me. They will be responsible for each one of your safeties from now on. Their only job is to protect you, eliminate the danger, bring you all to base if any of you are hurt, where protection team will be at stand by with all the preparations done, and they will be hidden. No one knows about them except me and now you. They all will be following you guys everywhere, even if it is washroom. I will assign four soldiers each. They will shift their positions after every 2 hours. Two at a time. Im telling you all this but this should not leave the room. If the words got out that Im at high alert it will create panic and that will be the time for him to attack us. Now lets focus on this package. Everyone two steps back. You also Yeonjun.

She opened both the packages and the sight made everyone feel disgusted.
