By the time 3:10pm rolls around, Bakugou had already collected his computer and his textbooks from his locker and started searching the halls to find Todoroki.
When he finally spotted the dual haired boy, he walked over, pushing past Midoriya so the two could talk.
"Oi, Halfy! Where are we meeting?" He asked.
Todoroki shrugged. "We could try the library? If not, I'm sure someone will let us use their classroom."
"Uhm, excuse me, Kacchan? I was actually trying to talk with Shoto-kun. Could you maybe come back later?" The whiny voice of Izuku Midoriya said from behind the pair.
Bakugou turned to look down at him. "Fuck off you shitty nerd! Nobody cares about what you were trying to say!"
"Bakugou, that wasn't very nice." The other frowned. "I'm sorry, Izuku. We can talk when I get back to the dorms in about an hour." He added, turning to face Midoriya.
He nodded and walked away, disappearing into the sea of students.
"Tch," Bakugou grunted. "Let's just go. Grab your stuff."
The halls had emptied and the school gone quiet, the only sound was coming from the library.
"I don't think you're doing it correctly, Bakugou." Todoroki tried.
"I'm doing it perfectly!" The arrogant blonde scoffed. "You're the one doing it wrong!"
He clicked a few more keys, positioning the text in the middle of the screen.
"It says here to use left alignment." Todoroki frowns.
"Just shut up!"
"I'm only trying to help."
"Well I don't need it! Go home!"
Todoroki sighs. "Why don't we switch over to something else if this is getting to be too boring?"
"Ugh, fine. What else do I have to do?"
"Well," He pauses to look over the list of missing assignments. "You do have an essay to write yet. That's probably the longest and most time consuming one, so why don't we get started on that?"
Bakugou opens a new document. "What's the essay for?"
"English," He replies. At this, Bakugou lays his head down on the table and lets out a long twisted groan, clearly sick of it already.
Todoroki sits silently. He stares at the blonde, admiring all his features. He especially takes notice to his sharpe jawline, his clear skin, and his tired eyes as red as a beautiful rose perched in front of a summer sunset. His eyes wander down to his thin lips and he thought things he wouldn't dare say out loud. Like how they'd look pronouncing his name or how they'd taste if he ever got close enough to take a bite.
"You're staring." Bakugou huffed, lifting his head.
Todoroki quickly looked away, his cheeks reddening. "Sorry," He mustered, avoiding eye contact.
"You're supposed to be helping me write this essay. So get on with it!" He demanded.
"Right, okay." Todoroki nodded. "So it's about you and your life right? Let's start with your thesis. What do you want the reader to get out of reading your essay? What is the main point of your essay?"
"I dunno," He shrugged.
"Okay... For starters, what was your childhood like? Did you have a typical family and live a typical lifestyle?"
There was silence for a moment. Then Bakugou spoke.
"Nothing about my family is typical."
"Okay, great! So then, how can we make that into a thesis?"
