Chapter 4 📖- The Announcements

Taehyun's POV:
I was getting ready and preparing my school books. My room is pretty crowded with books I read. I have a small bookshelf, so I put the rest of my books in a box or drawer. "Taehyun, breakfast is ready!" I heard my mom downstairs. I went down and I saw my mom and my little bro at the kitchen counter. "Hyung, what is it like to go to school?" my brother said. "Well you make friends and meet your teacher." I said. "Oh. I'm excited but also nervous." he said, looking scared. "Don't worry honey, anyway you're teacher is nice though and you'll make friends." Mom said.

I finished eating breakfast. I waved my mom and my brother goodbye. While I was about to walk to school, I saw Chaeryoung leave her house. "Chaeryeong! Hi!" trying to get her attention. "Taehyun! Are we neighbors?" she noticed me and asked. "Well, yeah. Your house is beside mine so yeah." I responded. "Well that means....I can visit your house." She said while giggling. When she giggles, I find it cute... wait what was I thinking. For some reason I feel flustered and warm just because of her giggle. What's wrong with me?

No one's POV:
They both walk to school. As usual, students are really noisy and crazy I guess. They saw their friends under the blossom tree. "Hi guys!" Chaeryeong said. "Hello!" Ryujin said. "By the way, me and Taehyun are actually neighbors." Chaeryeong said. "Wow *claps*" all of them did it at the same time. Chaeryeong and Taehyun are really confused as to why they are clapping which is weird. That's pretty much normal right? (When they said wow and clapped, I was reminded about me and my friends when we responded to the news lol.)

"Students, please go to the auditorium for special announcements. Thank you." The speaker said. Students rush and run to the auditorium like they want to get free food.
The friends went to the auditorium and saw the school president Sakura and the vice president Bang chan on stage. She tested the mic if it works. "Hello students and teachers! Welcome to this school year 2022-2023. Today we have a special announcements for this school year." Sakura said.

"Yes Sakura, we will announce an activity we organize for you. Meeting the children in an orphanage in December, this activity is to connect like parents. This will happen in the 2nd term." Chan said. "Lastly, congratulations to our fencing team who won silver at under 16 men's saber and gold at women's foil."Sakura said. The students clapped and Chaeryoung and Yuna were pretty excited about the activity.
