Chapter 20 📖-What a Weird Book

No one's POV:

At break time....

"Chaer, it look so pretty!" Yuna said Chaeryeong showing the bracelet she's wearing. "Where did you get it?" Ryujin asked. "I never own or bought this." She said. "What do you mean? Your wearing it." The both of them are confused.

"When I woke up, I noticed I'm wearing the bracelet, I want to remove it but it's locked. Did you see something written in the charm. It will unlock with my soulmate." Yuna and Ryujin understand but still wondering who placed the bracelet on her wrist.

"But, I'm trying to investigate who gave the bracelet. It's impossible that would be either my mom or Chaeyeon."She said. "How about Taehyun, he has a similar bracelet as yours." Ryujin might observe Taehyun's bracelet he wear. "I don't think so Ryu. His is purple, mine is pink, and Anyways, these friendship bracelets look the same, that's why."

"I'll be headed to the library." She left and enter the library. Chaeryeong searched some interesting books she wants to read. "Then the book dropped on her head. "Ouch!" She holds her hair in pain. "Oh! The Love Stone, interesting. Let's borrow it." She went to the librarian and gave the book. "Here, don't forget to return it ok." She went out of the library and hurried to the classroom.

At the classroom there all of the students are here and chitchatting a lot. "You looked tired Chaer. Where have you been?" Chaeryeong catching a lot of breath that she can't speak for a moment. "I was *catching breath* from the library, borrowing a book." She said. The bell rings, It's time for History class.

History is one of Chaeryeong's favorite subjects. It was interesting to learn more about the past and how it affects now. She placed the book she borrowed inside her bag so it won't get lost. The students, well some of them listen to the discussion by the teacher. Chaeryeong was taking notes until she noticed a pink light on her paper.

She looked and saw her bag glowing. She opened her bag, then the glow went out. No one notice anything, even those beside her. She listened the discussion and saw the glow again. Taehyun noticed it this time. "Why is your bag glowing?" He whispered. "Idk..." He got confused.

Dismissal time....

"What book did you borrow?" Chaeryeong got her book from her bag. "The Love Stone, it looks like a pretty interesting book." She said. "May I take a look." Taehyun looked at the book covers and some pages, but he knows there is something off. "The name of the author was not mentioned. There is also nothing mention the author either."

Chaeryeong checks the pages of the book and the book cover. She noticed it, Taehyun is right. "Oh yeah! That's weird. I never seen a published book like this." She said in confusion. They also notice there is not description about the story which is strange. "Anyways, I'm gonna read the book. Bye Terry!" She waved at him and run to her house.

Meanwhile, Taehyun question this, "Since when did she call be Terry?" his mind said. Then he walked to his home as usual.

It's been awhile writing this. I look back at the earlier chapters and I find some parts cringy, sorry. Like why did I write them. But I'll do my best to not makes some scenes cringy. I feel like my plot has improving....I guess. That's all I can say...Byeee!❤️
