Hi! Everyone.

Journaling is the act of keeping a record of your personal thoughts, feelings, insights, and more. It can be written, drawn, or typed. It can be on paper or on your computer.

Journaling can be done in many ways and methods and forms but I am going to ask you to do two types of journaling.

1. Gratitude journal

2. Thoughts journal

Also we will do little tasks of mindfulness some days too.

Process:

Step 1: Create a separate book on wattpad here and name it your journal. It can be a pet name or just journal. Mention it here if you want to. If you are a paper person buy a journal and your comfort pen.

Step 2: Add this book "In your journal program" to your library.

Step 3: Fix a time of the day and comfortable, quiet  space  to write in your journal.

Step 4: Follow the tasks given in this book everyday.

For now this program is for 30 days if the participants wanted I might extend it too.

The program begins Monday, 21st November 2022.
