Note to be freely and flowingly writing and smile. Smiling while writing infuses positive energy.

Task for next 48 hours:-

Silence !

Keep silent for five hours continuous and conscious. Sleeping doesn't count.

Being silent means not saying a word out loud as well as inside your brain. Silence your inner voice and listen to people, birds, traffic, radio from down the shop or neighbours TV.
